EDITED:The owner called me the next day and was able to get someone out to fix the issue the same day. Hopefully it will hold up!I was disappointed in our service because our washer broke again within two days with the same exact issue. The wiring disconnected as soon as we started using the washer. A waste of $330.

My partner was very happy with the service person that came to repair our dryer. He was able to fix the dryer quickly and efficiently. I was happy with how the company kept me informed on when the service person was going to arrive to our house.

The first tech initially misdiagnosed a dishwasher repair. Their office sent out a different tech and worked diligently to make the situation right and the proper repair. Happy with the outcome.

***EDIT - Valerie called me, we discussed the situation and we were able to come to an agreement.I called to have a technician come out last week and while they did send someone the same day, they sent someone who had no idea how to work on my particular make/model of washing machine (they acquired this information during the booking call).I called with 2 issues.The technician arrived, spent maybe 15 minutes before realizing he had no idea how to service my machine and left, telling me that I would not be charged the service fee as he was unable to help me. He also stated that I would be charged when someone returned.The first issue (excessive lint on my laundry after every cycle) I was told this should not be a problem this washing machine experiences. That was the full extent of the "service" I received.The second issue (detergent drawer being full to overflowing with water after every cycle) I was told that there should be some water, but definitely not full in the drawer at the end of the cycle. That was the full extent of the "service" I received for that issue. I have been able to fix the problem in one of the 3 compartments in the drawer by myself but am struggling with the other 2.At no time did anyone else come out. So other than several phone calls (most of which I had to initiate due to lack of call backs) and being told "well that's not supposed to happen" I received no actual service and am still expected to pay the $139 service call fee.Needless to say I am very frustrated, especially as this company generally reviews very well. I did provide 2 stars as everyone was very polite while speaking to me, so there's that.
