I highly recommend that you never ever bring your vehicle to these absolute crooks. I had some minor front end damage on my brand new 2024 Toyota Sequoia TRD Pro. It needed a new bumper, passenger quarter panel and a passenger side headlight. Nylunds had my vehicle for 3 months, during this time there was little to no communication regarding the status of my car. I had to call constantly before I would get a call back. I would have NEVER taken my car to Nylunds if I had know that they have zero care or respect for my time or money. Sean lied to me repeatedly about the date my vehicle would be ready, telling me on multiple occasions that it would be ready only to be given another excuse when it was supposed to be picked up. I had to cancel an out of country business trip because I could not trust Sean at his word on when my vehicle would be delivered. Today after 3 long months I pick my car up and start the 45 minutes drive home, about 5 minutes from my house there was a sudden loss of power and now I'm getting 2 warning messages "parking break malfunction" & "Hybrid System Malfunction".... This is beyond atrocious, there is ZERO reason that this should be happening to my brand new vehicle after it's been in Nylunds hands being "fixed" that last 3 months. Not only am I planning on filling a lawsuit, I'm making a complaint with the Better Business Bureau & With Toyota. Not sure how on God's green earth these people are certified by Toyota. Not only have they wasted months of my time, they returned my vehicle in worse condition than when I dropped it off. I drove the car to them without issue, and received it back with multiple warning lights going off 45 minutes after picking it up. Now I have to get it towed to the dealership to get it fixed properly, after Nylunds supposedly fixed it after having it for 3 months. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had in my life getting a vehicle repaired. I wish I had never taken my car to Nylunds, and if you care about your money, time and condition you will get your car back in. I highly recommend that you do not bring your car to Nylunds Auto.
UPDATE 6 DAYS LATER...... I still cannot drive my car after Nylunds had it for 3 months. I had minor front end damage, now after i went into Nylunds upset and demanded my vehicle back, it's throwing "Hybrid System Malfunction" "Parking Break Malfunction" codes constantly. These systems should not have any issues, they are in the rear of the vehicle. Nowhere near any damages whatsoever. These people should not be Toyota Certified. I'm 100% certain they did something to my vehicle because I was upset over the length of time they had my car. Sean is a con artist and a crook along with the entire Nylunds team. I'll be contacting my attorney today.
Update 10/29... My car is still at the dealership getting fixed due to the incompetence of the staff and crew of Nylunds Auto. 3 months these absolute charlatans had my vehicle, and 2 weeks later I still cannot drive it. I was able to drive 1 hour to drop it off after the accident without issue. These idiots did something to damage my Hybrid System power train according to my dealership. They messed with the right one this time, because I'm gonna lawsuit them into the dirt.

I recently had a truly exceptional experience at Nylund's Collision Center, thanks to Sean and Dan. I had had a very unusual request for their help to fix a mangled rental trailer that I had damaged a few days prior and while this is certainly not something within the auto body shop's wheel house - and something Sean could have told me they weren't in a position to be able to help out with - Sean kindly offered to see what he could do to help when I called him on the phone asking for help.
Sean and his extraordinarily skilled team-member, Dan, went above and beyond to accommodate my needs first thing on a Monday morning, showing a level of selflessness, kindness, and graciousness that’s hard to find these days.
When I arrived (having never been there before) Sean was quick to greet me and they jumped into action without hesitation. Their selflessness was evident as they prioritized my situation, ensuring I felt taken care of every step of the way. Sean and Dan were incredibly considerate, immediately going out of their way to tackle the challenging job, despite it requiring multiple tools and devices (and brute labor) in order to complete the task at hand.
What struck me most was their hard work and determination, despite having no obligation whatsoever to help me out. Despite a busy schedule, they tackled my repairs with efficiency and skill, demonstrating their commitment to quality service. I left the shop feeling not just satisfied, but with an overwhelming sense of gratitude and genuine appreciation as a customer.
If you're looking for a reliable and compassionate auto body shop, I can’t recommend Nylund’s enough. Sean, Dan, and the whole team are a stellar group, and their outstanding service made my day so much brighter!
If I find myself in need of any body work done again in the future, I will turn to Nylund's Collision Center first, without any hesitation; they couldn't have taken any better care of me as a customer.

Based on most of the reviews listed here, my experience with Nylund's is the exception. After a hit and run in February that didn’t impact the drivability of my truck, I dropped it off in early May because of these reviews and the recommendation of another Nylund's customer, with expectations managed that due to higher standards, there would likely be a gap between what insurance would cover and the repair process would be a little longer. I didn’t expect a little longer to be 3 and half months of zero progress, and additional costs due to using an outside vendor that pushed the cost of the repair up to the point of my insurance agent considering it a total loss.
Per Nylund's, the delay and additional costs were due to a process in the repair that required the engine and dashboard to be removed and stored at a local dealer. Given that I was driving the truck for 3 months without issue, I was skeptical this was required to complete the repair, and my insurance appraiser indicated that the manufacturer repair manual didn’t require this step. At this point, I decided to find another shop, who explained that under certain circumstances, (edited 10/24 to clarify), in which a portion of the body would need to be cut out and replaced, this step might have been necessary, but in my case, it wasn’t. After finally receiving the vehicle in mid-September, about 4 months after originally dropping off the truck at Nylund's, the second shop completed the repair in 3 weeks.
So, if you’re in a position that you can be without a vehicle for several months to address a relatively minor repair, and your vehicle has a high enough value that your insurance company can justify overpaying for services, this may be the place for you. Otherwise, if you just need body work completed in a timely manner at a reasonable cost, you may want to explore other options.

We had our lexus NX repaired here after a front-end collision. I have nothing but positive things to say about Nylunds. The quality of workmanship is outstanding. I would trust them with any of my future auto bodywork.
Being lexus certified shop, my car was brought to pre-accident condition with factory OEM parts. Even though Nylunds is lexus certified, they use third-party lexus dealership as oversight to ensure repairs were done to lexus standards. I would however say that Nylunds is handsdown more trustworthy than other lexus authorized repairshop in the metro area (you can compare the reviews of the two).
Nylunds dealt with all the insurance headaches. All we had to do was pick up the car when it was ready.
I had some concerns with some noises after the repair. They took everything seriously, picked the car from my home, did a detail inspection, repaired whatever was needed, sent the car to the dealership for alignment, and even replaced the interior door panel (no-cost to us) as it had a minor scratch that was overlooked.
They had a bad employee that managed the initial repair. Greg (owner's son) recognized our concerns and went beyond expectations in making sure that we were happy and nothing was overlooked this time. He treated us with priority like we were their only customers. Hard to find such a humble and caring repair manager.
I highly recommend Nylunds if you need high-end bodywork on your lexus! Million stars to them!

Rob, Riley and the entire team are fantastic! Going the extra mile is an understatement for this place. They earned my business for life! Very meticulous and beyond knowledgeable. They were able to fit me in last minute, treated me like family and handled my vehicle like it was their own. I wish I would have found them sooner!

I recently had my cars hail damage repaired at Nylunds, and I’m really impressed with the whole team. Riley, who I worked with the most was super helpful, explaining the issues with my car in a clear and friendly manner and her timely communication was really appreciated. Greg did an amazing job walking me through everything and helping me dealing with my insurance company. It was my first ever auto claim, he was extremely helpful.
A special shoutout to Rob, the owner, who really makes a difference. Rob’s dedication to quality and customer satisfaction is evident in every aspect of the shop. He took the time to check in on my service personally, which made me feel valued.
If you want top-notch service and a personal touch, Riley, Greg, and Rob at Nylunds are the team to trust. Highly recommend!
There wasn't a single individual at that shop that didn't make me feel valued and respected as a customer.

I recently brought our 2002 Lexus for a relatively simple job of cleaning up tar from the rocker panel. I was thoroughly impressed by the easy-to-work-with customer service, particularly from Greg. They took care of the job quickly and easily. I just appreciate nice people and taking care of customers.

By far the best body shop around. Very professional and fair and they know their stuff. I felt very comfortable with their repairs and my truck looked amazing when I picked it up. They treated me with respect and honesty and our family and friend will only use Nylunds for our body repairs in the future. I will never take my car anywhere else!! You cannot beat their top notch service in every area from service to customer service. They helped me through a big process with my car insurance company after an accident. They only use OEM parts and you will not find better quality all around.

Nylund's is absolutely the BEST repair shop! They far exceeded my expectations, and I could not be happier!!! I hand picked them to fix my 2024 brand new Toyota. I was in an accident through no fault of my own. I wanted my car to be restored, to the brand new status it was before the guy hit me. Nylund's made my car look brand NEW again and I am sooo happy. My thanks to everyone at the shop, for all they did for me! They all deserve a million stars! Thank you!

This shop absolutely knocked the ball out of the park fixing my Lexus IS 350. They were communicative through the whole process giving updates as the stages went on. I took delivery today and I couldn’t be any happier! 10/10 would recommend anyone to get your vehicle fixed here
