Pretty dirty. The aquatics area seemed to be in disrepair. They only had parakeets, a couple ferrets, and of course, fish, but about half the tanks were empty and I wandered around the fish area looking for a simple item for 20 minutes but didn't find someone to help out. When I finally asked someone at the register, she was also confused as it seemed like a lot of the items were still on pallets waiting to get unloaded, and this was a weekday afternoon. I think they need more employees here

David helped me with my transaction...He was such an amazing help to my wife and I, answering all our questions with a smile! I must tell you that he has been the best customer service person we have come across in the last year, and in every store we have shopped, not just Petco! Thank you for having an associate who has attitude and who cares about the customer!

This was the first time I took my new rescue American Pitbull Terrier! I needed to get him a new harness and a new leash! I was thinking about going to Walmart to get those two items...but I thought why should I go to Walmart and get something that is going to be cheap and break within a week! So I decided to go to Petco! We were greeted with a friendly smile and Colby and were free to roam the store! Colby was loving it because of all the smells and the other dogs! Then we found where the harnesses were located! We looked at a few and thought these won't work then this person that worked there came over to help us out! And we got a harness that would stand up to Colby's power and also helped us out to get a leash to match! All and all this will be our store for Colby's needs! Do recommend!
