I brought my 1989 Volvo to Pro Muffler to replace the rear muffler. I found exactly what I was looking for - not more not less. Richard is laid back, competent, and straightforward. I left with the rare feeling of having received fair work for a fair price, agreed to with a handshake and memorialized in a hand written receipt.

Honest and knowledgeable! Saved me from spending $2500 that I was quoted by another shop for work that I didn’t even need- and showed me so I could understand it all. Had my exhaust rust off and disconnect, Richard was able to reconnect and weld it back in less than an hour while I hung out with the shop dog. A little bit of a non-standard shop, but Richard was super nice and got the job done well, promptly, and cheaply.

I arrived unannounced this Saturday morning. Richard took me in and fixed my exhaust problem swiftly and with great skill. His result was new, clean, symmetrical and with great looking welds. Cost was a little steep, but I feel as though I paid for great skill/service.

Brought my Xterra to Richard to get the catalytic converters replaced after a different shop told me it would cost $4000 to do the repair. After going over my vehicle, Richard convinced me that there were other simpler, and cheaper, fixes to try first and that I should try those before going through the expense and hassle of replacing my cats. Whenever a mechanic goes out of their way to give me advice and try to save me money, I can't help but be impressed. Honest, fair, and easy to get along with; I can't recommend Richard enough.

Rich was awesome. I would have saved so much time and money if I had just gone here in the first place. Another mechanic quoted me $3000 and he did it for a fraction of the price within the day. Quality work and great service.

I moved to Colorado about a year or so ago. I had my catalytic converter sawed off my Honda Element that is notoriously targeted for their converters in this city. I was nervous about going to any shop without my dad because I feel like I generally get overcharged. When I found Richard, it was a breath of fresh air. He is kind, fast/flexible, knowledgeable, and fair in pricing. I ended up needing his help a few months later because the converter from the factory was faulty, he got me in the same day, as well as installed a lock on my converter. (highly recommend in this city for peace of mind) I would highly recommend Richard to anyone in need of his services!
