The 5 stars are for staff members Swan and Dan at the Quest on 601 E Hampden. The last 2 times a resident from our facility went in for a blood draw, the doctor's order for the tests hadn't been sent in advance. Both times, Swan bent over backwards to ensure that the draw could happen and the blood tests performed. She took the time to make calls to providers to get the authorization and identify the types of tests our resident needed. Dan was as wonderful and gentle with our resident as anyone could ask. Their efforts are really appreciated.

Swan was amazing. This is for sure the place to get blood drawn. They know what they're doing and are a joy to work with.

Suan and David were both caring and understanding about my fear of needles they were so patient to take me in even after their busy shift and so close to closing.

Made an appointment online, and later had to change the time of it but was simple and easy to do through the confirmation email. Was seen immediately after checking in online. Although my veins are tricky Daniel assisted me and made it quite painless.

I was very happy with my experience. I wish I'd caught the technician's name because he was so professional and friendly. I went to the location off of Hampden and will go there again. Such a better experience than Labcorp, by far.

Went this morning for a blood draw for life insurance, the worst hour of my life! I hate to make a review personal, but I realize there may be other well trained experienced employees. So this review is simply about my personal experience today. My appt was with Veronica, in our initial small-talk she said she had 20 years experience, I'm not sure in what medical area, but it's not drawing blood! She also tried for 20 minutes to get her IPad to connect, and finally she gave up and we went filling out paper forms. Admittedly, I don't have veins protruding from my arms, but it's always worked. Attempt #1 my right arm she tried several minutes navigating the needle, of course at times that wasn't fun. She could not draw blood. Attempt #2 she tried my right hand, same thing, navigating needle, twisting it around, could not get the vein. Attempt #3 So, yes then the left hand attempt same thing, same non-result! I was well hydrated and in my 65 yrs, I have never had this happen! Again this is not a reflection on other employees at this office. I just wish she would have ask for help, now another fasting period and another office visit.

All went fine when arriving to get the kit I needed for a 24 hour urine test. I was told that "drop off" on the day following my test was easy and choose the "drop off" option when checking in and someone would come out and get it. First, there is NO "drop off" option on the check-in monitor. I checked-in anyway. Second, when a technician opened the office door I told her I had a drop off and she instructed me to wait while she admitted another patient. I waited nearly 20 minutes for a less than 10 second drop off with another technician.

Check in and appointments take forever and Quest advertisements are blasted in a dimly lit room on a loop.Worst place to be on this whole campus.

I had my first visit with Denver endocrinology who had a quest repnin office. The rep had 30min to 45 minutes left on her scheduled time and refused to do my blood draw. I would never trust quest to do my labs or my families labs ever. Poorest service I have ever experienced.

I went to get my blood drawn and this is what my arm looks like after a couple of days. They butchered my arm. I emailed them and haven't received a response yet.

QUEST DIAGNOSTICS = COMPLETE OPPOSITE OF VALUE BASED CARE, ZERO ATTENTION TO PATIENT OUTCOMES OR QUALITY CARE.My doctor ran some labs and billed me for the labs which I paid for and then 8 months later out of no where I got mail from a collections agency saying I owed money to Quest Diagnostics which I had never heard of before. No one called, emailed or contacted me in anyway until 8 months after my doctors appointment when a piece of mail came full of threats from a collections agency.

Daniel R could have been a bit more personable but he was great at finding my dried up dehydrated veins. He helped me print my form (make sure to bring in a paper copy he seemed slightly disgruntled that I needed mine printed) but he was otherwise professional and helpful. Great job at drawing blood from a wary human. Thanks!
