I’m happy with the service for my car. My car’s front bumper needed replacement and John helped inspect it thoroughly both in and out to make sure nothing is damaged apart from bumper. John does a great job at keeping me updated on what is needed on my vehicle time to time. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. It’s nice to have the peace of mind, knowing everything is done correctly. Danielle helped put together all my paperwork and made sure everything is ready.
Excellent service and great people. Honest, efficient, and prompt service. Great local auto body shop. Would highly, highly recommend.

I brought my Volvo sedan in for rear bumper repair just as the ownership was changing to Peak Collision. John, Danielle and the crew are just super, my car repair was excellent and looking new again, and insurance handled smoothly. Definitely recommend!

Peak Collision did a wonderful job repairing the hail damage to my Volvo. They removed multiple large and small dents all over my car using paintless dent repair, and they also replaced and painted the hood of my car. It looks new! Plus John and Danielle went above and beyond to work with my insurance company and get the repair scheduled and completed while I was out of town. I highly recommend their services!

Absolutely frustrating dealing with the owner Tony. Dropped off my car to get an estimate for hail damage. He doesn’t know how much it will be. He doesn’t know until he hears from my insurance. I will be paying for it directly and wanted to know how much the repair would cost.He talks in circles avoiding the question.
Wasted $60 on Ubers to drop me off and pick me up for absolutely nothing but waste of my time and money.

Can’t say enough good things about my experience with Rallye Coach Works. Jonathan, Tony, and Janet are incredibly nice and communicative, and the work was top notch. They were so meticulous in matching the paint color that I can’t tell that anything was replaced. They made the entire process so easy for someone that hasn’t needed auto body work before for now. RCW is the only shop I’ll use in the future.

Unexpected car repair was not on my list for the 4th quarter of last year, though Rallye Coach Works made the entire event easy and painless. Usually finding a reputable garage is loaded with risk averse concerns like "Are they legit? Do they have integrity? Will they charge me 3x more? Because while I know about a lot of things, automobiles are not high on my list." With great trepidation, resisting the urge to pick a random garage just by the name or proximity to my home, Rallye Works came to the rescue based off a friend's referral. Thank goodness. Throughout the entire process, from scheduling to final pick up, I felt informed of work to be conducted and costs applied with complete confidence in the repairs. Courteous and good-natured, Tony, Janet, and the team exceeded my expectations. I'm grateful, and relieved, to have a trusted team should my car require care again. You're in great hands here.

I was rear-ended in my 2018 Toyota Tacoma truck and while looking for a body shop, I came across the Rallye Coach Works website. I had my vehicle towed there (it's in a commercial/light industrial area off S. Santa Fe Dr.) and I am so thankful that I did. Tony Martins, Jonathan Lane and crew were nothing short of amazing. I'll fast forward through the "insurance" process but the Insurance Company told me that $7,177.72 would take care of the damage and make me whole. Enter the Rallye team. After they completed an exhaustive inspection and full computer reporting, complete with photographs, that initial amount was supplemented with another $32,869.79,* bringing the total near $40K which enabled me to get into a new replacement vehicle. The Rallye team has professional relationships with the various Insurance Companies & Estimator's and it was clear to me that they are held in high regard. They also loaned me tools to be able to remove my license plates and a few personal after market items, that insurance wouldn't cover. These folks are the real-deal and while in the shop, I was able to see some of their handiwork-- which was stunning. The Rallye team are true artisans, with both the paperwork and restoration sides of the business. Thank you again Rallye Coach Works!! Only body shop I’ve ever been to after an accident where I left thinking my car looked better than before the accident.Let’s be honest, most of us never feel whole after an accident. Sometimes it’s our own dumb fault and many times it’s not.They’re most definitely busy and in demand booking out almost 3 months so if your car isn’t drivable you might be disappointed but if after a fender bender, your car is drivable and you can wait, Rallye is worth the wait.At Rallye I really feel like the customer- my insurance company should never be the customer (just the place paying the bill). Rallye knows who their customer is, who is leaving the reviews and who is the owner of the vehicles they’re working on.But also, if you’re not happy with their work, bring it to their attention and they’ll most likely be able to make you happy (within reason - they can’t work miraculously but maybe close).

Rallye Coach Works did an excellent job repairing my Subaru Outback after an accident. They were friendly and easy to work with and were able to get my car in right away when they found out is was not driveable. Tony kept me informed every step of the way, answered all my questions and did all the negotiating with my insurance. The car looks great, I can't even tell it was damaged. This is the second time I've used them for car body repair and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

These guys are really great! I took my BMW 435i to them to "make it pretty"; i.e. clean up all the parking lot dents and scratches. It cost WAY less then painting the car. And more importantly, it just took 3 days! FANTASTIC JOB and FANTASTIC time frame.Just be sure to take notes, because both Tony and Jonathan will not remember who you are, and they do not remember what they are supposed to do. You have to remind them what you are there for. But once they know what they are supposed to do (and who you are), they are great and the outcome is fantastic!
