Rocky has taken very good care of us since I first brought my Outback to him earlier last summer for warped rotors. Later that fall, my in-laws (very kindly) took our car to get the oil changed at a chain in Lakewood, where the techs unfortunately left the oil filter untightened, resulting in a pretty heavy leak. I took the car back to Roos Only where Rocky was able to clean out the engine, and run a 90k service to get everything back in order. I was given a loaner to use for the day and had no issues.
I just took the car back for an overdue oil change, and even though I called ahead, I could tell the shop was very busy. Still, they got the oil changed in no time. The price for services is very reasonable and I feel comfortable knowing my car is getting a high level of specific make/model care.
I'd recommend Rocky and his team to any of my friends who drive Subarus in town.

Rocky at Roos Only in SW Denver is the best! I have been bringing Subarus here for many years, and the quality of work, service and value are top notch. Rocky is kind, professional and genuinely cares about the quality of work and customer satisfaction. The facility is clean and welcoming. 10/10

I had a great experience at this shop. The team was professional, respectful, and straightforward from the start. They diagnosed the issue quickly and took care of it without trying to upsell me or push any unnecessary services.
What I really appreciated was their honesty—they did exactly what needed to be done, no more, no less, and they did it well. The communication was solid throughout the process, and they made sure I was taken care of without making it a big production.
If you’re looking for a shop that’s reliable, no-nonsense, and fair, this is the one. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future work.

A coworker recommended this place to me after they fixed a problem no one else could. I only come here now for oil changes and have luckily only needed small repairs like windshield wiper blade replacement. They are reasonably priced, get things done while I wait, and always have a dog treat or two for my pup. The best repair shop I've found in the Denver area.

My check engine light came on right as I was heading out on a road trip - Rocky really helped us out in a pinch. He was able to squeeze us in same-day and diagnose the issue for us. We really appreciate the great customer service!

SCAM SCAM SCAM I'm not the type of person to leave reviews. But holy cow this people are no good I called to get my valve body checked out due to AT TEMP LIGHT flashing on my dash keep in mind I drove my car there THEY DROVE THE CAR INTO THE GRAGE. Next thing you know I get a call back from rocky saying the light was flashing due to an after market stereo which made no sense he said they changed a fuse and didn't seem to do much I told him fine leave the car alone il pick it up later. 5 min later I get a call saying my car doesn't turn on anymore when asked what fuse they replaced maybe it cause the car to not turn on he replayed I DONT REMEBER. Story short I came with my car driving now I'm leaving in a tow truck not sure what this people did to my car do not come here SUBA REPAIR,SUBARU DOCTOR, anywhere else but here now short hundred of dollars to just get my car to turn on should have never brought my car here.

Roos Only was great! Took my 2020 forester for a 60k mile service and they were super thorough, communicative and friendly. In general, I hate having to go to a car place because my assumption is that I’m going to be swindled. Here, I felt nothing but comfortable, well-informed and in control of the experience. I also really appreciate that they text a line by line quote for your cars service. I won’t be going anywhere else!!

I did a fair amount of research to find somewhere for a full clutch replacement and some other underlying issues on my 2017 WRX.
Rocky answered my call right away and was polite and professional gathering my information and told me he could get me in as early as 8:30am the next day, for inspection and diagnostic.
We had a Great interaction in person and I could tell he really cared about my car.
He quoted me a fair price for the clutch replacement and wheel bearing replacement, and stuck to it when he encountered some other issues, causing hours more labor
He actually replaced my clutch with a high performance one, at OEM cost as well.
Rocky also let me borrow a quality loaner car absolutely free of charge for the duration of my repairs. I had my car back in less than 36 hours, and it drives brand new.
12k mile/1 year service warranty.
Don't believe all of the negative reviews on here.
I think respect is a two way street, and Rocky has absolutely no need to work on anybody's car.
He's a retired man, looking to help people to the best of his ability, doing what he loves.
10/10 recommend, and will be bringing my Subaru here for anything moving forward.
