Let me start by saying, genuiness is hard to come by these days and my local Ross has a manager named Emilio, that is the genuinely a kind, caring and absolute professional. One of my bad habits is shopping at discount stores, so needless to say, I've been to all of them and Emilio has consistently been able to meet the customers needs in addition to always displaying the best customer service.

Here they only have one cashier and sometimes she is in a bad mood and there are long lines to pay, it is very stressful, I better leave everything and go. I don't recommend going

I loved everything there was for the home. The kindness of the girl at the cashier to pay. I asked her name Ashly. It is one of the most friendly stores. That's why I like that store in particular. Well ? I love Ross ??♀️
