I was told the 2" wide crack on my truck's windshield would require a full replacement even though their website says repairs are possible for cracks up to 6". When asked to cancel this appointment and get a refund, the guy working the front desk didn't seem to know what he was doing. I took it to another safelite location (the one in Aurora) and they were able ot take care of the repair no problem. I highly recommend the extra 15 minute drive to work with the more honest, and professional staff at that location.

Like many other reviews, I would give 0 stars if possible. Had a crack on my new 2023 Bronco with approximately 1,500 miles on it and had the windshield replaced through insurance with Safelite.The first time a mobile tech came to my house and replaced the windshield, but they scratched the frame around the windshield and it had a bad leak (see video of the leak in a car wash weeks after it was replaced).Called Safelite and they quickly agreed to replace the windshield again under warranty. Took it to this location to have the windshield replaced in a more controlled environment. After they replaced the windshield the second time, noticed several rub marks and scratches on the driver side. I also noticed their technician left a vaping device on the drivers seat and it smelled like they were using it in the interior of the car. I went back in to point out these issues and the representative apologized for the damage and vaping device and said that the manager would call me that weekend to address the damage. Needless to say, it has several weeks and still no call. However based on my experiences with this company location, I would never have them touch my vehicles again as they don’t care about treating them well and every time they worked on it they damaged it further.

Don't drop your vehicle off expecting them to do it before closing. I dropped my car off at 9:30 am with an all day appointment because I didn't want to wait the 2-3 hours.Tried calling, nobody would answer. Showed up half hour before closing and nobody could answer how long it would take. Por customer service

Check the reviews before coming here. If I could give 0 stars I would. I had 2 windshield replacements. The first one a their technician cracked the windshield and replaced it the second time. Later on I noticed parts of my car were not fully connected when the windshield was replaced. I went back, respectfully told them what happened and showed them all places that were not connect. The technician at the front desk told me it was not them. And that he did not see an issue. Do not come here, they will mess your car up and not own up to their mistakes. All I wanted was for a technician to put everything back the was it was.

I had a great experience with the staff. A small snafu was encountered with my windshield replacement, but was corrected immediately.I am very happy with my new glass!

Honestly was a bit nervous after seeing the rating on here but my experience was progressional and quick. My appointment was at 8am and I got my car back at around 9:45ish. Glass looks great.

I wasn't thrilled when American Family sent me 8+ miles to this Safelite for a windshield replacement, but the experience turned out positively. I was on time for my afternoon appointment, and my vehicle was taken back to the shop quickly. I was told to expect to be there for 2.5 hours. They encourage people to drop vehicles off, as the waiting area is not huge, but I needed to wait and the situation was fine for me. Free WiFi, Keurig coffee machine, cold cans of pop, and small bags of snacks make waiting easier. There are also laptop tables ready for use. The restroom is gender neutral and was clean. My technician was Hector, and he completed windshield replacement and camera recertification in 1.5 hours--I was thrilled. He was courteous, explained everything, and offered to answer questions. I was impressed. I'd rather dreaded the afternoon, but I have no complaints.

I recently visited this location to have a chip repaired during which the technician damaged a different section of the windshield. When I brought this to their attention, they said there was nothing they could do to repair the area and it would require a new windshield. When I spoke with the manager about their responsibility, I was told essentially tough luck and that they would do nothing for me. I made several calls to their customer service but again they refused to accept any responsibility. I would be very careful about using this location or Safelite in general.

Had a replacement that had a stress crack 3 days later. They said it was covered under their warranty then tracked back and said it was a rock. I hadn't driven the truck! Lots of other windshield shops out there. Use them! 2.7 rating for a reason.
