Overall this store is fine. Very thankful this is not a Safeway that is locking bathroom doors, however, this womens bathroom is GROSS. Please clean up.

Absolutely amazing experience today. Diana in the floral department put together a beautiful little bouquet of roses and lilies for my special someone who hasn’t been feeling good. She took her time and made sure everything was perfect down to the twists on the red and black bow. I can’t thank her enough!

The poorly stocked shelves and uncaring staff are whatever, part of the charm I guess.The racist fist fights at the checkout are a new one though, gotta admit I hadn't seen something like that in this area in the 6 or 7 years I've been here.Glad (mad?) the staff let the poor 4 ft. girl handle it?????

If you want to be racially, profiled look no further, this is the Safeway for you. I tried to purchase some pastrami on sale, marked managers special. The sale price usually doesn’t come up when scanned so I snapped a photo to show cashier just in case. Well, of course it tried to scan full price so I showed Adrianna the cashier the photo of the price. She kindly implied that I was lying and she would have to go see. Although irritated I told her I understood and walked her to the display. Well that was not enough. She looked me up and down as if I had somehow printed the sale sticker on display and asked if I was sure that I didn’t get the meat from the deli counter. I said no. She told me she would have to ask the person at the deli and she did just that. Unbelievable. I think the price difference she was accusing me of trying to grift was about 3 dollars. We walked back to the register, and she grudgingly charged me the accurate price. I reached out to the manager on site and he was helpful but I feel he has no control over the situation. I just wanted to let Adriana know that I had a smile when I walked into the store and I left with a very heavy heart. I have been a Safeway customer for over 35 years.sad.

I had a bad experience with Shane, the person who ran the self check. I purchased some drinks and needed to get some cash back. I paid with my debit card. I used the tap feature, which doesn't give cash back. Shane was extremely rude, telling me that everyone knows the tap feature treats it as a credit card. His attitude was really harsh, and acted like i was a stupid old person.Such comments are not acceptable.

This place (like many others sadly) over relies on self checkout registers. Management has shown that they're not interested in nipping congestion issues at the registers in the bud, since whenever I come here if it does become unmanageable, nobody ever calls for more employees on the registers. This is one of the perfect examples of incompetent management who do not care about customer experience at all. Go somewhere else.

Don't bother going here. Half the time they never have anything in stock that their website says is in stock then when you ask someone to help you find it, they give you an attitude about how their stock levels online don't reflect what they have. Why do they even have a website with availability? The self checkout guy was very rude and condescending without provocation. I've been there 10 times in the past ten weeks, and maybe once they've had something in stock.

The cashier Shane was extremely rude when I was getting cashback telling me tap is only for "credit". He yelled at me and was making very rude mentions about everyone knows this with tap(pretty much saying I'm stupid). Why would someone hire a rude loser like him? I work retail and know how to treat a customer... and that is not it at all. He was also being rude with everyone around me.

This store is frequently under stock, especially on soda. The milk expiration date is usually four or five days after purchase. Sometimes it expires before the expiration date. The bathroom door is filthy, probably not painted in over 15 years. I'm switching to King Soopers.

Very clean and stocked. Good customer service. If you want bags and you pay for them in which is fine.
