We were Is looking for a car my mother in law. She found a 2019 Buick Envision that caught her eye. She drove it and found she really liked the feel and comfortableness of it. We had the vehicle inspected and there was a couple minor items that needed to be serviced and they took care of them. Luis and Jim did a great job on serving our needs. Thank you!

I went to Springs Automotive Group to see a Buick Envision I found online that I was interested in. Upon entering, the Sales Rep, Luis, introduced himself to me and my son-in-law. I was impressed with his friendliness and helpfulness without making us feel pressured at any time. After test driving the vehicle, which had been detailed and was in excellent condition, he patiently answered my questions and showed us some of the special features that were new to me. I was equally impressed with the Sales Manager, Jim, who approved a couple of mileage related maintenance items that were due to be done and wanted to help us in any way he could. Other staff members who helped with the sales transaction, including Alex and Lon, were courteous and respectful and everyone kept us informed by text or phone, which was very much appreciated. I would recommend this dealership to my friends or family without reservation.

Unfortunately I was told a drive issue with my new truck was just a cheap alignment fix, but it was actually in need of a significantly more expensive, immediate tire replacement. Likewise, the key I was given did not open the tailgate or passenger door, which was another immediate fix required. Therefore, double check as much as possible with older vehicles before driving off the lot, as they might not always know of or remember important quirks or required fixes (likely not intentional, though). Otherwise a good experience. The people are great; are very nice and will try to work with you on financing, just be thorough with inspections and questions of older vehicles.
