I do not enjoy leaving this review because Danielle and Denise have been amazing and their customer service is top notch. However, the most recent people they have hired are very rude and disrespectful. I will no longer be going through that door if they are there, they just make my morning stop for coffee a horrible decision. They need to learn how to treat customers!

Why is this the only one that is not 24 hrs?? I thought to myself oh that’s okay I don’t have to stop at Maverik I can stop at that gas station I saw on the way to work. My mistake. Stinker doesn’t seem like they will be getting my business anywhere. Looks like I’ll keep going to Maverik.

My car broke down off Arapahoe road, and I have been sitting out here hoping for the best for a good hour. The gentleman working this evening was so kind to bring us a big ice cold water!! My day instantly turned around! Thank you so very much!

Management is unprofessional and disrespectful to paying loyal customers I would rather go to a Conoco Maverick or any other gas station close by just to avoid conflict with the employees regardless of gas prices

THIS IS THE WORST GAS STATION. DO NOT GO HERE. I WALKED INTO THE FRONT DOOR AND WAS INSTANTLY SINGLED OUT AND ACCUSED OF MY PAYMENT NOT GOING THROUGH FROM 2 DAYS PRIOR. I WAS PROVIDED WITH NO PROOF OR EVIDENCE JUST ACCUSATIONS. I WAS THEN TOLD THAT I WOULD NEED TO PAY THE STORE THE DIFFERENCE. I WAS SPOKEN TO VERY RUDELY AND THEN I WAS TOLD TO NOT COME BACK. I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT THROUGH MY ATTORNEY.IF THE OWNER WAS SMART, HE WOULD CLOSE THIS LOCATION/ RE-STAFF EVERY EMPLOYEE. ARAPAHOE AND PEORIA DESERVES MORE CLASS THAN THE RAGGEDY CLASSLESS EMPLOYEES THAT ARE CURRENTLY SERVICING THIS AREA.

The "gentleman" at the cash register did not look up from his phone until I put my money on the counter when he angrily informed me that he is the manager and that I was "going to get it" (his words). I asked what was I going to get, since it clearly wasn't courteous service.You have an individual working at your store who is obviously ignorant and quite possibly dangerous. My main concern is that this "manager" is going to be the one to read this instead of someone who can enforce some accountability. I'll take my business elsewhere in the future.

So huge rant to the stinker on kimberly road in twin falls They hired a new girls that is rude and argues with customers so I tried to complain to the manager the manager says don't come in anymore.... not a good manager response anyways I called corporate and then the manager decided to ban my husband and I for complaining.. this is good business practice

After filling up my tank here I realized I need air in two of my tires, so of course I paid the $1.50 for 5 minutes of air. Their air machine wasn't working properly, so I went inside to ask for a refund thinking it wouldn't be an issue. The girl working swiftly told me, "it's not ours call the number on the machine." And that was the last time I will ever spend money at another Sinclair operated gas station in my life. I don't care if it's the only gas station for 100 miles. Pathetic customer service experience.
