Dexter did a fantastic job at getting me into my new car. Quick easy and simple.
And this is in no way related to dexter. He still the goat.but wanted to give an update, Iv been calling and texting the financial manager this past week as instructed by my sales guy. Do not and I repeat DO NOT USE THEY MECHANIC. This dude left a bracket disconnected on my car and almost caused my brake line and wheel speed sensor to rub through. Lucky I took the car in for a recal at the dealer and they caught it, if I had been driving it for another week or so it would have caused me to loose my brakes and the speed sensor would have been needed to be replaced. I have video proof and everything. This dude will not return my calls or text. My advice if you buy a car from here just have your own mechanic work on the dam thing.

I bought a tesla they didnt charged and i had 4 percent of charge before leave and I couldnt charge in supercharger because we needed to transfer the car through tesla app but they didnt know who is the older owner. I had to wait 3 days to drive the car also I dont know if they took or the owner that sold them but no charger cable no usb drive for dashcam no mat.

Bought a 2018 Jaguar Epace SE from here May 15th. On the ride home the low coolant light popped on. We called them and asked. We were told many things, oh take it to a shop, might be a recall, we had no idea. Oh they knew. We took it to shops the recommended while still in Colorado as they knew with deployment ahead, my husband leaving I would be taking it across country to family as he was gone and coming back Colorado in a year. Oh that was soooo good to them. The car was pressurized three times find the leak before we left, all said couldn’t find it. Around two months ago it started stalling when I slowed all way down. I was scared so I took it to ford dealership who helped me get it to Land Rover dealership (they own jaguar) now not being able to drive it for already a month I was just told it’s 3k fix which includes a new battery as it low and considering I haven’t own it for year that’s awesome news as well . There was broken valve, and water pump is broken. How lovely if I rode it any longer the engine that roughly around 14k could have been screwed up and they knew it. So all these months we been calling sharpest rides for resolution, at one point my husband passed out on wait line and was still on the call five hours later, shows that’s how serious they take this matter. I called today since I found out after fifth pressurized, guess what I finally got a person oh was that guy so cocky. I didn’t even tell him the vehicle and he already telling me want the contract you bought as is. Guess all their vehicles are As Is for a reason so they can scam you. They told us before to call if we ever found the problem causing the lights pop on. That was a lie just like their sales practice. Don’t shop with Micheal, or honestly any of them. I’ve already filed a report with BBB and UCCC I’d advise if you bought a car with them and have problems to go ahead and give general attorney your contact information as well. They reply every problem with AI generic ‘we’re sorry we will train our members blah blah’ don’t trust these people.
