Excellent selection and quality, I would have given 5 stars ? but the store is small and difficult to maneuver around.

Needed some advice from the butcher and Bruce gave me a master class on cuts of meat. Then Neil helped me with aged prosciutto so good it barely made it out of the parking lot. Quality products and personal service. How can you go wrong.

Tonys Meats and Market in Colorado is very professional. It's a gourmet butcher and Marketplace since 1978. I recommend shopping at Tony's in Colorado.
