After reading previous reviews, I know I'm not alone! The older gentleman with the glasses that works at this location wouldn't know what good customer service is if it bit him in the face! I've worked in a customer service capacity for over 20 years, so I consider myself a fair judge on the matter, and yeah, he deserves to be fired for sure! The funny thing is, I'm seeing complaints on this guy dating back 6 years, and nothing's been done. For shame USPS!! For SHAME!!

Super clean, accessible boxes near the door, quick in-and-out. Functioning AC and adequate lighting. Parking a little tight.

I have always found the customer service to be knowledgeable and curtious.

One of my favorite post offices. Theres one guy there that is full of personality and is a joy to see. When my PO box wouldn't renew on like despite multiple attempts, the post office cancelled my box. He helped me get the exact same one back right away. He even helped me with some packages that got put in a locker.

If you’re Black/AA, be cautious! The service is unprofessional. I had to end up complaining to the manager, who was also useless, due to a regular shipping of an envelope.
The clerk notified me to use a larger envelope. However, instead of guiding me on which cost-effective envelope to use for shipping, he ends up charging me as well for a wrong padded envelope that I accidentally wrote the return address on!! How disrespectful & cruel!
A resolution could’ve been to just simply show me which envelope to use instead of overcharging $6 for regular local mail! I was the only customer at the time. Absolutely, no courtesy to “SOME” customers!!!!

The grump working the desk here did not greet me but stared at me awkwardly until I asked for help. He would not tell me which boxes/envelopes were free, and once I figured it out and started packing my item he told me I’d need to tape it-but they don’t have tape. I went to the USPS on broadway and they were so helpful and showed me which box to use that doesn’t require tape. Do yourself a favor and just go to the broadway location. The people here are spiteful and miserable.

Unbelievably incompetent people here. Rude as hell, old trash at the front desk called me "bro". If you want your mail, do everything you can to make sure these clowns don't get their greasy fingers on it.

Old man working the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have no idea how he’s managed to stay employed. Avoid this USPS location and go to the one on Broadway instead

Mail man had the nerve to write on MY PACKAGE to clean out my mailbox. First off, it’s not full of mail. Second, the mail in there is not mine!! It belongs to previous people who had my address and I have put on the mail to “return to sender”. You can’t me to clean my mailbox if you can’t take mail that clearly has to be returned to the sender. End of story!

Lost over $100 worth of merchandise and offered no solution. Refused delivery service multiple times for no reason with no option of re-delivery, and returned to sender the very next day, not even allowing time for me to pick it up from the office.

Absolute joke of a business they can’t even have there hours or opportunities right. Give that they are a government program you figure there are here for us. They won’t even help you when you inside the post office already before they close.

When I entered the back room where they accept packages, I was there waiting around while two men stood at the counter and didn’t acknowledge I was there or provide instructions on what I should do. After I was finally greeted, I approach the counter with my box and the gentleman tells me I’ll need to tape it. I figured I’d need to and since I was dropping it off at a USPS, tape wouldn’t be an issue. Apparently it is. A small box that could fit a baseball wouldn’t require much tape but he informed me I’d have to purchase an entire roll. Absurd. My frustrations aren’t on the gentleman that helped me, he’s simply following protocol. Whoever manages the establishment should do a better job.

Couldn’t be more disappointed with our mail carrier & the lack of support from this post office. I bought a business & have been receiving mail for the prior owner. Our carrier got upset during my initial attempts to return the prior owners mail stating “How am I supposed to know which mail is for you & which is for the prior owner if it’s all addressed to the business name?” I told him that anything marked return to sender - no longer at this address is for the prior owner which he interpreted to mean that anything addressed to my business must be returned to sender out of spite because we “Complained to his boss.” The station manager for this location told us that it is up to them what mail gets delivered to us. This is causing a financial hardship on my business because in-bound payments/checks are being returned or lost all because we’ve been trying to return the prior owners mail.
