Just went in for a passport photo. Was told only person who could help me just went on break. At this point I am OK with it because I worked retail and I get that. Then 15 minutes pass. She calls for photo again Comes over to tell me, oops sorry, he just NOW went on his break. I just left. Store was not at all busy.

PSA!!! don't order photos from here they don't have anyone on staff and they will never be ready. Don't waste your time and just order them from the location down the street. I understand being understaffed but you need to make it clearer in the order when the photos will actually be ready. Very frustrating to be told to wander around the store, for the order to still not even be started 20 minutes later. I simply can't understand how they only have one cashier who has to both check people out and print the orders. Figure out a better system or shut down your photo department.

Couldn't be slower if they tried. Been in line for the pharmacy for 45 mins and they've helped 3 people. How is this remotely possible? Is their stuff ready? No? Move them aside and help the next person. SMH

I love this Walgreens by our new home! I considered reducing 1 star because they have had under-stocked shelves. But it was the Holidays, so between more shopping and continuing supply chain issues, I couldn't do that. The five stars are for the employees. Every single one of them have been friendly and helpful. They keep busy with work that needs to be done in the store without neglecting the customers. In my experience, this doesn't happen without job satisfaction and good management. Keep up the great work!

They will literally hire anyone at this rate. Went in for photo pick up since my order was placed the day before and I called to ensure it was ready and would be okay for next day pickup. After I was told on the phone, and email that my order was ready I go in and deal with this incapable person who looked for my order for 2seconds and then told me it wasn’t available and that “the system doesn’t always send orders through” so your system won’t allow you to receive a photo order, but does submit a “ready for pick-up” email? Yea okay, this guy is incompetent and incapable of finding 20photos. Please start hiring some people who don’t just go for a paycheck and have some integrity to their job. ??♀️ So unbelievable no wonder this place has low ratings

This has got to be the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Walgreens. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes to get my medication’s. There were two technicians working in the back and one of them kept getting people that were coming through the drive-through way after they were people in line at the store, they kept ignoring people that were in the store and serving those that were just driving up. Send your prescription somewhere else.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY——Racial Profiling & Weaponization of Police:APRIL is a sad excuse for a manager and will be the primary defendant alongside this Walgreens location in a class action lawsuit.APRIL called the police for no reason and got no response from law enforcement due to her lies and deceptions about a pharmacy pick up and subsequent actions by the patient, their insurance provider and their physician.She attempted to use the Englewood PD as a shield for her racism and failure to manage a store and failed miserably. She used foul language and gestures against me as a patient and paying customer. She tried to use camera footage as proof and even failed at that.The pharmacy is understaffed in that they didn’t have a pharmacist or pharmaceutical manager on duty so the Walgreens store manager, APRIL, decided that it was her place to make decisions about medication though she likely has NO education at all- let alone education on pharmaceutical products or communications with physicians. Civil lawsuits are in process against this location. Please contact me directly if you have any similar concerns: specifically about APRIL or other managerial staff.

I was refused the new COVID shot last week on Sept 26th as I have Kaiser for insurance and advised I have to go to Kaiser! YET they still tagged the system showing I have received my vaccine! Expressed my concern to Walgrens on the 28th as I went to Kaiser and tried to get my vaccine who wasn't able to give it to me as the system shows I've received it. Walgreens told they would correct me in the system right away. It's October 1st and my records still show I have received my COVID vaccine.Also while at Walgreens on the 26th, it took them over an hour after our scheduled visit to give my Dad his shots! Shouldn't take that long especially when we removed Three people from their list since we have Kaiser!

For all the negative reviews I see here, I've never had a problem at this location. Sometimes I find my prescriptions have been auto-filled, but that's more of a feature than a bug - I just use the automated phone service to see if I have a scrip waiting rather than wasting a busy employee's time. Everyone is nice at the drive thru, in the store, or at the pharmacy desk. The girl working the photo area was a delight when I went to get my passport pic - even loaned me a shirt to make sure my application would go through on the first try. I even had a makeup worker help match a nail polish to my wife's motorcycle as a gift.I'd love to see these one-star reviewers try working retail for a week. These folks at this Walgreens are great.

Min just to answer the call! Horrible customer service.
