I made an appointment to speak with a banker here and received the absolute worst service from Casey at this Wells Fargo banch. I told them specifically what I needed to get done prior to arriving for my appointment, and was told that she didn't have enough time due to other appointments. She also claimed I was late even though I was prompt with my arrival and was sitting in the lobby for over fifteen minutes waiting for someone to help me. Been banking with Wells Fargo for over ten years and never felt so disrespected especially when I stated clearly what I needed to get done. Furthermore, I was interested in rolling over my 401k to a Wells Fargo account and she stated she couldn't help me with that either and tried to give me a phone number to call instead. Honestly biggest waste of my time and money especially when they advertise they're happy to help.

Terrible Wells Fargo. What bank doesn’t have a coin counter. Makes no sense. Lazy employees.

This location sucks ! I stop by 2-3 times weekly to try and get quarters for the laundromat and they're never open inside despite their hours claiming they are it's ridiculous how they manage to stay open when they never help anyone, not to mention the ATM machines are always down

Always a line. Never enough tellers. There can be 5 people in line and 1 teller while 4 other employees mill about the place. Why can't an available banker come help at the teller line when a line forms. Ridiculous. They charge enough fees to drain whatever savings you have with them. I am switching to 1st Bank.

Poor help from staff who's all recently been hired 2 months ago. They nickel and dime you for fees. They ignore you on the phone. I was lied to on order to enroll with a "Company Plan" that affords nothing. Get out as soon as you can

This is the worst Wellsfargo I have ever been to. The Atm at the drive through never works today 4/1/23 it was completely turned off the lobby ATM that should be accessible to the public is always closed on weekends this is unacceptable. I should not need to pay ATM fees if your locations can’t keep there ATMs working or stocked with money

In town visiting family. Ran out of cash (emergency spending). Stopped by this branch and was able, through the ATM, to get cash to replenish our wallets. Thanks.

Zero help from staff, ATM doesn’t accept the bills it dispenses so I have to drive across town to another ATM to deposit money… ATM is constantly closed or unavailable or just has constant glitches. Have complained several times about the ATM not taking the bills it dispenses and for them to fix it with no action taken at all. Save your time and frustrations and find another branch (or bank) to use.Edit:Got the official response a week ago, uploading the photo today. ATM was completely unavailable on Thursday morning and on Sunday doesn’t have any cash. Never believe the official responses when they say it’s going to get fixed. They have no clue what’s going on and clearly have zero desire to remedy the situation. Told staff inside about the ATM issue AGAIN, just to be told it’s “Brinks” who services the machine and is working on fixing it… just get rid of the ATM at this point, it rarely works and there’s no work being done to fix it.Edit again:Now it is been 4 weeks since my initial review and 3 weeks since uploading and receiving an “official” response saying things would get fixed. Today I decided to go inside the bank and use the ATM inside right next to the teller since there was only one working with a line of 6 people. Even the ATM inside the building doesn’t allow deposits?? What is going on with this branch? Absolutely unbelievable that you are unable to solve these problems… going to be moving my accounts and business to another bank because of the complete lack of services offered from this branch.

Worst bank possible, I took a check to cash that I received from a property company that I put a deposit on but decided to go with another property so they issued a refund. According to Wells Fargo they wouldn’t cash a check that was issued from one of their account holders because I didn’t have an account with them. They stated I had to have more than one form of ID which is pretty absurd considering I presented a legal Drivers License. Would never get an account with Wells Fargo not even if they paid me to!

Rude & Disrespectful @ Englewood branchI have been banking with Wells Fargo for 30 years, a Lead tried to put me out of bank, because I requested to speak to a manager & called police on me. I absolutely waited on police, because it is a place of Public Accommodation. They have plenty of cameras to view daily interaction.

This is not a reflection on anyone who works at this location, or any other location. The customer service here has always been perfectly fine even if the lines have been unacceptably long at times. Especially pre-pandemic. But that's a reflection on management, not the staff. The issue is the hours.I was originally a customer of First Union. A great bank that went out of their way to serve customers. And then they were bought by Wachovia. Customer service really tanked but it was bearable. And then Wachovia was bought by Wells Fargo.Wells Fargo closed tons of locations, over 270 in 2021 alone saying they were consolidating and they were going to improve the customer service experience. They also said they'd be open later hours and open on the weekends and be better generally. For a brief beautiful moment, some locations were open until 7:00 and some were even open on the weekends, even if it was just for a few hours. But now they continue to tell maybe open only 9:00 to 5:00. A problem that has plagued banks since forever. Most people are working during those hours. Even an hour or two later would be transformative for most people. If retail locations can learn to have light staff in the morning and a light staff to close, with most of the staff overlapping during the busiest parts of the day, you'd think banks could figure it out as well. But it's not that they haven't figured it out, it's that they don't care.Banks in Canada are often open until 7:00 p.m. and they're open on the weekends. They actually want you to be a customer. Does Wells Fargo?
