Just went in for a passport photo. Was told only person who could help me just went on break. At this point I am OK with it because I worked retail and I get that. Then 15 minutes pass. She calls for photo again Comes over to tell me, oops sorry, he just NOW went on his break. I just left. Store was not at all busy.

PSA!!! don't order photos from here they don't have anyone on staff and they will never be ready. Don't waste your time and just order them from the location down the street. I understand being understaffed but you need to make it clearer in the order when the photos will actually be ready. Very frustrating to be told to wander around the store, for the order to still not even be started 20 minutes later. I simply can't understand how they only have one cashier who has to both check people out and print the orders. Figure out a better system or shut down your photo department.

I love this Walgreens by our new home! I considered reducing 1 star because they have had under-stocked shelves. But it was the Holidays, so between more shopping and continuing supply chain issues, I couldn't do that. The five stars are for the employees. Every single one of them have been friendly and helpful. They keep busy with work that needs to be done in the store without neglecting the customers. In my experience, this doesn't happen without job satisfaction and good management. Keep up the great work!

Can't seem to get the basics right. 3rd time I've been notified that my Rx is ready, only to arrive and it is not. This time I've been told it's coming from "the big pharmacy", but they didn't " get their tote". Same story 2 days in a row. Basic mismanagement.

This Walgreens was not bad at my visit. They had what I was looking for, the store was clean, the checkout was fast and friendly and everything was like it should be. Right off the Mary Carter Greenway Trail that runs through Littleton, it was a fast, easy and convenient.

Update: Apologies... this review was meant for the store down the street on Belleview near Santa Fe. BUT keeping it on here because I've never had a bad experience at this Walgreens. Pharmacists have always been kind and knowledgeable. It is very busy but that's not their fault, they handle it well.I went in for vaccinations the other day and the pharmacy staff was lovely. Walgreens site had been double booking so they've been running behind. The girl who I spoke with first who checked me in was super apologetic and sweet. Answered all of my questions and seemed genuinely sorry for the inconvenience. Turns out the wait wasn't even as long as expected because they worked very efficiently. The gentleman who gave me the shots was super friendly and upbeat which I was incredibly impressed by since they are probably dealing with disgruntled people all day due to the scheduling conflicts out of their control. It was very refreshing. My husband had a scheduling error on the website but they were still able to accommodate so he didn't have to go out of his way to come back. I'm very pleased with how the pharmacy staff handled everything, keep up the positive attitudes! It makes a big difference. Thank you!

Seems to think they are your big brother controlling your medication. I would love to live my life with no severe pain, I would, but now I have to deal with monsters like Walgreens. Of course, I'll never get to talk to the scum that actually made their policies. No one has the right to deny medical treatment to anybody.

The pharmacy never has my prescription ready. When I arrive I usually have to wait in line for at least twenty minutes, then I'm asked to wait twenty mins. to an hour...plus, nearly everyone in front of me is also cranky and frustrate. I imagine they are also frustrated with the lack of service.

There are no words that can convey how bad this pharmacy is. It takes Devine intervention for someone to actually answer the phone. It seems the employees only know how to hit the hold button. God forbid they answer the phone and be courteous. I never received my meds. To say the least I will never go to Walgreens again.

Pharmacy tech, Hannah, was inpatient and rude. We came in for vaccinations and it appeared as if she was annoyed because we needed more than one vaccine. Sub par costumer service. On a positive note the pharmacist was very helpful and kind.

The pharmacy technicians at this location are almost always very condescending and judgemental. My prescription refills are from my doctor and it's not your place to talk down to me about them. More than once I have gotten attitude about refilling my meds. Just do your job, drop the attitude. I'm sure there are a lot of addicts out there, but there are also people who have very serious diseases that are very painful. Bet none of them have ever had to deal with that, and are lacking compassion. Next time I go somewhere else even if I have to drive further.
