We have had a family safety deposit box at the 5050 S. Federal for more than 60 years (my parents) and their two eldest offspring have had access to the lockbox for over 20 years. With this physical location having changed bank names a dozen times or so, and with the Wells Fargo takeover, Wells Fargo buggered the data migration and account information so we could no longer access it. The employee Jenny and her manager Domingo Lora-Mendoza were extremely uncooperative despite having the safety deposit box key and a drivers license to prove my identity. Their unwillingness to understand the physical key, safety deposit box number, and identification should have allowed me access. I was in their system, with a California address which I verified with them. I am me. But the poorly trained Jenny and the arrogant Domingo Lora-Mendoza were not only rude but a tinge of racism came out. Domingo Lora-Mendoza even told me I 'had an attitude' when their inability to connect simple dots was the real issue. I am sure Domingo Lora-Mendoza would have not spoke to me the way he did on the street. He is a disgrace to Wells Fargo and an unequivocal closet racist.

After calling WF last night regarding a missing credit while looking at my account my online and statement. I was told the credit shows on their end and to go to the branch. I went in to speak with branch manager Jeremy Lambert. He told me online banking is not accurate. When asked why my statements reflect only 3 credits not 4. He told me my bank statement won't read the way I want it to. I told him I was done here, scooped up my documents and receipt of 4 credits, told him this was bull.... and turned to leave. Jeremy stood up and flicked my bank card at my back and said "have a nice day". I bent over, picked it up and I very loudly said as i was heading for the door "Attention every one the bank manager just threw my card at me because he didnt like what i had to say" he shouted "Get the Fuck out of here"! after that. Been banking with WF for 35 years and have an open law suit with WF Advisors! READ YOUR STATEMENTS CAREFULLY!!!!!!

I've banked here for 4 years and experienced exceptional customer service. Everyone is professional, friendly and always helpful. My favorite Wells Fargo location hands down!!

went into the bank today to cash a check and since I don't have a account with them I guess manners are not on the menu. Carlos said nothing while processing the check, tossed my ID's on the counter and didn't bother to count the money back to me. All in all not a big deal but 1 more reason I don't bank with them personally

I miss the old staff ( year and a half ago) that were always professional and very welcoming and warm. Now you go through the drive through sometimes they say hello sometimes they don't. I wish our company would use a different bank that actually like their customers. Drive through is horrible!

I am so sick of this fing bank. I have revenues coming from all kinds of different places and always have a problem with depositing funds. If my name is on the check put the money in my account. I can't always have other parties with me. Been with Wells Fargo for 10 years but I am switching to Key Bank as my wife did. Ridiculous.

Tellers at the comercial lane are generally pretty short and unfriendly. I wish my company used another bank.

Not sure about the experience of the other reviewer but I love this wells fargo and am always impressed with the employees. I have had good experience with the personal bankers as well as the checkers/tellers. Something I love about this location is it is always clean, and the attitudes of the employees are always encouraging and uplifting. Nothing I need is ever treated like a burden (even all of my ill-informed questions). I will always go to this bank!

I came in to open a new savings account. The manager I worked with was very nice and went well out of her way to make sure all of my needs were attended to. Everything was fine and dandy until a week later I got a letter in the mail saying a personal line of credit was opened in my name. Wow, talk about a shady way to make a commission! Thankfully I got it all taken care of, but how they obtained my SSN, and then ran a credit check without my permission is completely beyond me! Beware of those personal bankers...
