We have a company that buys, refurbishes and sells diagnostic ultrasound solutions. Both machines and transducers. Redstone Healthcare. We acquire used transducers that cannot be sold based on the poor condition they arrive in. Having worked with Amerisound Medical for many years we know that we will receive back a fully functional, repaired solution in a timely fashion and at a very competitive price. Kevin and his team are about quality first every time. On numerous occasions another repair lab may have called a probe “not repairable” with the hopes that we purchase an “exchange” or replacement probe. Kevin’s team will always try and often have repaired, with full warranties for much less than others quoted for a used replacement probe.Finally when we have difficult to repair probes, TEE, 3D/4D, Matrix Array, and others Amerisound Medical is our first go to partner. Sent probes to be repaired. Spent thousands and when they came back they were in worse shape than when I sent them and had dropout. Completely ruined them and could not get a response and didnt even get refunded for the repair. I do not recommend them at all. Cost me thousands

I have done business with this company for a few years now. I have had several ultrasound probes repaired. The first few years were great service and timely response. However in the last year it is always taking much longer to get my probe back then stated. I have had to call them more than a few times to check on things. Most recently I had one probe that came back I put on the shelf and did not check it due to the excellent service in the past. However when I opened it the housing was damaged badly possible in shipping no way to do. The agreed to fix it at cost since they did not buy shipping insurance. I shipped it back and it like the other it took a long time to come back. I open the box and guess what? yep housing broke again. OK twice in a row...Hmm.... I do not thing so. I then tested the function of the probe it self and it seem to have the same issue I sent it in for the first time.
