If I could do 0 stars, I would. What a waste of time. Not only do they "not have tape", but they don't take SOME QR code labels sent directly from FedEx...... And no solutions provided to be helpful at all.

Driver sped past my house, barely stopped while chucking my multi thousand dollar fragile delivery on the side of the road in a snow bank. On its side. You damage everything you throw. Why do you let people do such a trash job of leaving boxes as they're paid to do?
