If I could give zero stars I would. 4 years later….still no tape or envelopes. Go elsewhere

If I could do 0 stars, I would. What a waste of time. Not only do they "not have tape", but they don't take SOME QR code labels sent directly from FedEx...... And no solutions provided to be helpful at all.
