The customer service at this bank is horrible. They would prefer that you not come in, not talk with them and do everything online. The people are short, snippy and frustrating to deal with. Branch manager is not interested in any feedback or really that interested in hearing what customers have to say. There are choices out there so do your banking with a bank that cares about their customers and not this bank.

This bank has great customer service, and I'm so happy I chose to go with this local bank. Specifically, I've been dealing with Hector Martinez and he gets an "A+" for customer service. He's been very responsive, diligent, and instrumental in helping me to get my new business accounts up and running.

Called ahead of time to cash a check. Confirmed that the routing number matches something that they could handle for me pulled to the drive-through and was told I would need to come inside after providing all Necessary ID et cetera and quite await they said they would not cash A check written on their own bank very rude again the manager I could hear her behind the Counter making it very clear she didn't want Be helpful at all.Terrible ...terrible. i own businesses and houses in the area I will pass the word around!

Don’t waste your time going to this branch. You are better off going to the Broomfield branch, the staff at this location are incompetent and rude.

Been a customer of this bank for like 10 years. This branch has the WORST branch manager I have ever encountered. She is very rude, unhelpful and needs to understand customer service. She doesn't. If you have to go inside to do business, save yourself anxiety by going to a different branch. I found out later in the day that FNBO CANCELED my checking account. The branch manager lied and said I was cussing at her after bringing in the documentation she said I required. This lady needs to go back to the supermarket checkout and learn some people skills. Never bank here.

NOPE. Save your time. The branch at 120th and Sherian is full of CYA. "We don't own the ATM's sitting in our drive thru on our property. " So, for weekends on end, I couldn't make my business deposits. UNTIL... I went to CHASE. FNB- "Our rep called and left you a phone message that your wire transfer didn't go through." NOT - no messages, no record of a phone call. "We don't know why we refused to pay the E check for your property taxes." Forty minutes later.... we Bank ELSEWHERE cause CYA isn't an apology or a fix for fees we incurred because of them.

The team at this location is super friendly and very helpful. They make you feel welcome and have the same staff I met when they opened 2 years ago, which is not common at most banks! This branch and its employees are awesome!

When these guys first opened I considered opening an account. Wouldn't allow me to open an account so I went across the street and opened up an account with 1stBank that same night. Would not recommend!

Tom is hands down, the best loan officer I’ve ever used for buying a home. Not only is he the best at what he does, he also genuinely cares about his clients concerns and needs. Very easy and painless experience; I highly recommend Tom for all of your mortgage needs!
