Been a customer at 1st bank for over a decade. Received Excellent customer service for notarizing documents at this branch. Everything went smooth and officer was very helpful and courteous!

I switched to 1STBANK after bad experience with Wells Fargo about 10 years ago or so. Haven't had a single problem. Great customer service, online and mobile banking is great too. New Erie branch is convenient, much better than the old location in downtown.
