Horrible horrible horrible! The ATM wasn't working for some reason so I pulled around to a teller drive up. 3 men continued to look out of the window and none can to the speaker to ask if I needed anything. I was parked there for 20 minutes. When I went inside they were helping the person in the drive thru and talking amongst themselves. I will be returning tomorrow to close my account if I can not access my account for cash because the tellers are not able to find the time to assist me. I have pictures of all three gentleman but they did not get close enough so I could see their name tags.

I switched to 1STBANK after bad experience with Wells Fargo about 10 years ago or so. Haven't had a single problem. Great customer service, online and mobile banking is great too. New Erie branch is convenient, much better than the old location in downtown.

I went to open a checking account with my mom at this location (1779 CO-7, Erie, Colorado 80516), the clerk who attended us her name was Martha. As per clerk Martha they can't open an account for my mom because my mom is dealing with Dementia and it is a risk for the bank (and she was putting that across with a smile no apologetic, it seems she is happy that she can’t help us). We walked out after getting such an irrelevant answer from unqualified staff. We could have easily created a scene there but we don’t want to deal with horrible service even if we get to open an account. Drove to Elevation credit union, got an account open with a great service.“First bank (Erie Vista-ridge location) horrible service. Will never ever bank with this bank and will not allow any of my near-one to bank with this bank”.

Outstanding service! Great updated location next to King Soopers. My advice to those bad reviewers: Give them a shot, say hello! There's nothing better than being greeted on a first-name basis when I walk in. Highly recommended.

The staff is always super helpful and friendly when I go into this branch. I have been going in monthly since they opened this location and before that went to the location on Briggs. I don't have an account there but I go into make deposits for my rent, but they still always treat me kindly with a smile. In regards to customers being upset over a “under servalience sign†this is a bank what do you think? These people are at risk at this type of job as is. Get over it! The tellers are always super helpful regardless a sign shouldn't cause them to get a bad review. Heck I bank at chase which has just as much surveillance!!

My partner has banked with First Bank for over 10 years. She couldn't have been happier with the personal and excellent service that the Broomfield branch provided. However, she recently started using this branch since we live in Vista Ridge. According to her, it is a totally different experience. I believe it can all can be summed up with the two large signs that they have posted on the outside of their building. The first indicates that everyone entering is "under surveillance". The second one indicates that anyone entering "can't have a hat or sunglasses on". When did Erie become a police state?

I have had a corporate checking acct at 1st bank since 2001 and bank with their branches all over the city, this is the only branch that refuses to tally 2 or 3 check deposits telling me I need to total them myself using their deposit slips. There's a reason lazy tellers are being replaced by atms. This branch needs customer service training.
