Easiest home buying experience! Jessica and Misti were amazing throughout the whole process of buying our first home!! Everything ran so smoothly and I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. Great Experience, Highly Recommend!!Jessica and her team were great to work with. Preparing our house to sell was minimal on our part, they took care of everything. The house looked amazing and we got an offer after the first weekend.The market for buying was competitive. I was able to look at houses as soon as they were listed. When I was ready to put my offer in, Jessica wrote me a competitive offer and saved me thousands of dollars negotiating.

Jessica was a breath of fresh air in todays market! We were referred to Jessica from a family friend and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! Jessica helped us sell our previous home and kept us informed every step of the way. Jessica handled every one of the “headaches” in today’s crazy housing market! We went with a new build home and Jessica and her team were with us for every meeting and home walk throughout the process. It was wonderful having someone with knowledge and experience to help talk to and understand the contracts we were getting involved with. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a home!

See this smile?! Well, you can’t see it here, but I have a beautiful picture of me smiling with JOY! after closing on my new house. Jessica and Misti showed up with a party even to this momentous event! Thus this self professed picky client gives 5 stars! I was looking for an expert who would on one hand help me find what I wanted/needed but also be willing to be patient. I not only got both of those but it’s like working with Jessica and her team came with a bonus package! I found Jessica as both a compelling and caring guide. Her assistant, Misti, was a breath of fresh air - easy to be with and catered to what I needed. It’s the small things that are huge — availability, extra house visits, revisiting the particulars, help with a long list of questions. Don’t hesitate to ask them the hard questions… you won’t be disappointed!
