“I visited the Flower Bin Garden Center & Nursery as someone completely new to gardening. I went around 5:30pm which was shortly before they close. My mission was to get a pot, dirt, and a mint plant. Jill from the nursery was a life saver! I picked out a pot that was way too big, and she helped me select the right pot to plant four mint plants. She gave me advice on how to care for my new herb. She even stayed after closing hours to transfer the plants to the pot. Talk about excellent customer service!”

“I’ve been going here for years and while everyone working there has always been nice, I never really had any stand out experiences until recently.

The new guy Raphael at the paint counter has consistently gone above and beyond for me the past few times I’ve gone in for various projects. Even when the paint counter is backed up and busy, he’s kept a calm and nice demeanor to everyone which I really appreciate.

Ive gone in several times in a very stressed mode and in a hurry, and ended up leaving in a great mood because of the positivity and conversation with Raphael!!

“I'm giving this store 5-Stars because of Thomas (sorry if I miss spelled your name, haven't actually met you "Tow-mas")! Hands down, the nicest gentlemen I have had the pleasure of doing business at any Homedepot store. Called in because my order was wrong and should have been scheduled for both items to be delivered. Thomas took my information, verified my call back, and then called me back with options to get the other half of my order delivered. You just don't find people that seem to want to help you anymore, and especially at Homedepot. I've had nightmare experiences getting things delivered on time, let alone to my other address in Texas. Thomas went above and beyond to verify the issue, address it, and follow up! Just when we all thought, 'they don't build 'em like they use too', mentality with this day in age in the young workforce. This young man clearly is from a time long ago! Needless to say, he has instilled a little faith in HD that I have all but lost! Thanks Thomas, I hope to put a face to a name someday when I place my next order!! Cheers!”

Listened to our reservations about specific colors. Offered so much guidance! The boys and whatnot that the companies supply for you to pick from.... Don't use them. Mary has likely now added a decent amount of options during our mission to find another option. Not a single ounce of hesitation on Mary's part and she was busy. Typical Sunday busy with all kinds of customers. However Mary pretty much took care of our crazy struggle to select a freaking stain. Such a headache but she totally made this survivable! It's inherently intimidating to walk into a hardware store as a woman, however I was stopped/greeted, and asked if I needed help by no less than 4-5 people during my short trip around the store. Not only that, the associates seemed not only happy to provide assistance, but eager to make sure their answer as far as the location of something was accurate by inquiring with a nearby associate when needed.
