This is the second time the same pharmacist has been unfriendly and unreasonable. I was at the pharmacy at 1:30:15 to pick up the medicine that was ready. The pharmacist refused to give me the medicine because they have lunch from 1:30 to 14:00. She can't take the extra few minutes to give me the medicine.I don't know of any other pharmacy in my area that has "lunch hours."And this is the second time the problem has happened with the same pharmacist. The first time she refused to give me medicine because she doubted the doctor's prescription, and my wife had to wait another 24 hours for antibiotics.

I've been using this pharmacy for roughly 7 years, and I have never been happier. Francis is always quick to answer a question, willing to help you find ANYTHING in the store, and my prescriptions are always ready before I even realize I need them. The staff has changed a couple times, but I will keep returning as long as Francis is still there!

Unprofessional and will retaliate if you show any frustration... After the 3rd time my prescription of Sumatriptan for migraines (non-addictive and Not a barbituate...) was not ready; SO I complained a few times about how this can cause a wave of migraines or cause me to go into the costly ER... They don't care. My doctor informed me that this pharmacy will not fill orders for me now. This is an abuse of power. I was frustrated but professional. I was not loud, nor did I curse or show any form of aggression. Probably just a pharmacist on a bad day (I get those too) but...come on.

Sat. 4/9 Rachel her assistance was impeccable. Riley's friendly and attentive service was able to answer all my questions. Exceptional customer service by both. Keep up the good work ladies.

Trying to get a prescription filled for my daughter. We usually use a different pharmacy, but they are out of stock. The pharmacist at our regular place (King Soopers) told us to call around to see where we could get it filled. I was going to see if this pharmacy could fill it, but they would not tell us if the medicine was in stock. So, I won't even bother to try to get it filled here.

Safeway pharmacies in Louisville and Erie have been taking care of our family's pharmaceutical needs for 28 years (starting with us and our two sons, one as an infant), essentially since the Albertson's pharmacy first opened in Louisville. We (38 years in Boulder county) have consistently received excellent, professional and personal customer service from very knowledgeable and courteous pharmacists and their teams, in spite of changes by the Safeway organization's management of their local stores' leadership, staffing, and workload (usually higher than should be reasonably expected). If one combines that with the unexpected pressures of epidemics, etc., and other added responsibilities (seemingly to us without sufficient staffing by upper management), plus the to-be-expected family and health issues that come up in any person's life, we understand, to the best of our knowledge, and truly appreciate the care and service we have received from Safeway pharmacy, including the one in Erie for the past 6 years.

3+ different teams working in a single week period. Prescriptions are refilled inconsistently and notifications are spotty.

Irene and her crew prepared meals for 75 people. The meals were excellent. Food was hot, and very tasty. They made our senior Thanksgiving celebration outstanding. I cannot say enough good things about Irene and her crew and their talent and ability. I highly recommend these folks if you want the job done right and done well.

Called pharmacy to schedule vaccine was told not necessary walk ins accepted. Walked in today & was told by Francis I needed an appointment. When I interjected I was told I didn't need an appointment I was rudely reprimanded for interrupting him. When I told him he didn't have to be rude he said I shouldn't have interrupted him. I immediately ended interacting with him & spoke to store manager Scott who was standing feet away. He was extremely professional, apologized & asked me to come back. But I explained as good as his powers of persuasion might be I would not be allowing angry Francis to stick a needle in my arm! Came to the Arvada store & while there were some hiccups they were curious, apologetic & gave ne a $75 off grocery coupon. Thx Francis...

This Safeway is of an older design and could use a bit of freshening up. But at the time of my visit it was clean, the shelves were fully stocked and the employees were fast and friendly ready to help. I go to Safeway when I don't want to deal with the crowds of people at the other more popular grocery stores. The prices are fairly similar and with less people, the aisles are easier to navigate.

Both Kristen and Francis in the Pharmacy were super nice and super helpful when bringing my daughter in for her vaccination. Pharmacists and staff are always so overworked these days because of not being able to get enough support help. Be patient when you approach any pharmacy counter. :-)

Kristen and Francis never fail to take the time to answer questions and help with managing my family's numerous prescriptions. They keep an eye on any possible conflicts and make suggestions where needed to keep things on track. They manage to keep great attitudes even though they are horribly overworked and understaffed. I am grateful for all their care.

Great staff always helpful. These pharmacists work 12 hour shifts with NO lunch break and no bathroom break, and minimal staffing. Give them grace and compassion, as they are working hard to care for their community. I have seen them sweating, anxiety ridden, running around while having people complain to them about trivial things—all while trying to not make mistakes and getting interrupted. They are doing their best. I have been coming here for 4 years and they have always had my prescriptions completed in a reasonable amount of time. This is a tough profession.
