At least two of the pumps have made my cards get stuck without even reading them. Won't be using this station again. Very annoying.

Old worn-out pumps, blurry screens, worn-off button stickers no longer readable, won't accept your card half the time and pump very slowly when they do. Frequently have to try one pump and then move to another to get a working one. Today I tried two different pumps, neither would take my card. Gave up, went to the new Circle K down the street. Brand new state of the art pumps worked perfectly and fast, I was in and out in a jiffy. I've been using this Shell for years, but I'm done. Circle K has a new customer.

Owners of the Shell station do not care that their card readers fail often for at least the past several months. Two different pump card readers failed one of them kept my card. Had to go inside and get the cashier to come out and extract it. This business owner doesn't seem to give a rip about the consumers that want to come here and spend money but you make it hard.

Worst gas station I've ever been to. I've tried 3 different pumps and couldn't get them to work with 2 different credit cards. Finally got the fourth to work after 3 attempts.

Gas pumps extremely slow, plan to sit for 15 min while you’re waiting to fill up…Otherwise a clean shop.

sometimes, the gas pumps work. their prices are much higher than 7-11 at 287 and Arapahoe. interior isn't clean. I try to avoid this place ... but sometimes it's all there is. Today, the pump didn't work so I drove 8-minutes out of my way to go to 7-11 and the pumps worked (and I paid much less for a product I typically buy). I'm done with this place.

I seem to always find Shell to have the lowest gas prices in the area and work with one of the higher quality gas stations in Erie.

Pumps and card readers are constantly broke. Staff is less than helpful. Can’t wait until the new gas station opens. Maybe the competition will give this place a much needed kick in the pants.

Stopped there for gas and the machine locked my debit card in and it wouldn’t release it. I had to wait for the guy on the pump on the other side to finish so the attendant could reset the breaker. It was only supposed to be a quick stop but it turned into 20 minutes. I had a doctors appointment I had to reschedule because of the long wait at the gas station. Very frustrating and disappointing.
