they were understaffed and it was obvious. i came in with awful congestion, drainage, nausea, etc. From the time i checked in to the time i was walking out, it was 10 minutes. i checked in, saw a provider, and left within 10 minutes. reason being is that i was apparently just dealing with seasonal allergies, despite not suffering from allergies for over 5 years due to extensive allergy shot courses. tried to explain that my allergies have NEVER been this bad, but no use. still, i took the provider's advice, took claritin, flonase, etc. and they did absolutely nothing, as predicted. went to urgent care and was prescribed steroids, which finally made me better. waiting a few hours at an urgent care to get real help is a million times better than this joke of a clinic. believe the reviews. avoid this place like the plague. they are wildly incompetent, understaffed, and don't care to actually listen to your concerns. at least the provider was friendly.

They looked at my daughter's finger and just told us to soak it. We did that for a week and it didn't get any better...so we called and asked for more assistance. We were told they do not do after visit support and we would need to make another appointment. What a waste of money, avoid The Little Clinic unless you have a very simple need.

I have tried to walk up during the correct hours and nobody has been there. I just stand there waiting and nobody is even there. I am not sure its even open anymore.

Typically this is our go-to place and the doctors are great. Be wary of the current nurse practitioner - very rude and did not follow up with a second call as stated. Daughter had lab work and both results arrived at the same time in my email. I received a call addressing results of only one test - asked about the other and was told they did not have it yet - I stated it was odd..... I had it? This was impt bc both required antibiotics and I asked if one type could cover both and would make a diff on what was prescribed vs ordering one now and then a second, giving abundance of over-antibiotics to my kid....was told did not matter, if both positive, she would be on two different antibiotics anyway....and they would call back regarding second lab. This was Wednesday....I waited 4 days...finally called Sunday...handed off to the nurse practitioner....was told test neg.....I read the results to her and based on what I read on line - I read to me like it was positive (and kid still in pain). She snapped at me and said they absolutely were not going to prescribe more antibiotics and to consult our primary. Um - thanks for not calling us back 4 days ago to have this conversation....so yep...will have our doc read the lab and get a rational explanation of the results without the nastiness...and test again if needed! I am most disgruntled with the RUDE tone....very admonishing .... almost yelling...what a power-trip. What has happened to people and customer service these days?!?!? Very happy to consider alternative urgent care.

Very difficult to get a hold of a live person in the little clinic. They emailed me and said I would be charged a fee if I missed appointment and didn’t call.

Went in for a COVID-19 test only. Was in office less than 15 minutes and with the provider less than 10 minutes. Months later I received an invoice for a new patient consultation. I did not ask for a consultation and only wanted a COVID-19 test. It is disappointing that the clinic uses COVID testing as a way to bill $150+ office visits. Avoid for COVID testing unless you are willing to pay like it is a full doctor's visit.

The people working the desk here are consistently rude. I’m not certain why - perhaps it’s the vast amount of confusion when you come whether it’s little clinic or the pharmacy services? I’d prefer to interact with a sign honestly.

Holy GOD do not ever go here! I went in for a Covid test that part was ok, as I was leaving I asked to pay. The charge was $144 and I paid in full. The front desk person said account paid in full. Weeks later got a bill for $16.00 I called and they said oh dont know why we just extra charged you 16 for no reason. However we cant do anything about it call billing. Nobody answers billing! Hold for HOURS.. When I finally spoke to someone in billing they would not and could not erase. The long and the short of it is finally an upper level manager notiated the fake charge and told me that they erased the fake charge. Well one month later received another bill, you guessed it, $16. I called the little clinic again. They laughed and said oh ya billing but even though we charged we cant fix. I WISH I COULD SUE. I ended up paying instead of ruining my credit. DO NOT GO THERE! They will overcharge and thats that, you have NO recorse short of a lawyer. SOS AND HORRIBLE

Front desk woman, Chandler, was very unprofessional and not helpful at all. My appointment was at 2pm. I waited in my car and called several times, per their request, with no answer. Finally, at 2:02pm I go inside and no one is there. I wait until 2:10pm and she comes out saying they were on their mandatory lunch until 2pm and didn't have a voice-mail set up. The appointment itself was fine and professional and the only reason I gave 2 stars. Over 72 hours later I am still unable to get ahold of the clinic for my test results for COVID. No one will answer the phones and I cannot leave a voice-mail still.

Both the PCT and NP were very friendly and efficient in getting me in for my flu & tdap vaccines, especially since I was a walk in. They take medicaid!!

Val was awesome. I had an appointment, so the wait was minimal. The place is staffed by 2 people. If you don't have an appt, then don't complain about a long wait. Val was professional, courteous, humorous, and very knowledgeable. She gave me what I needed for Bronchitis and I am already on the mend. This place is in high demand, so if you are in a hurry, probably shouldn't come here. But if you have time, it's very convenient and an appt is beneficial.

Want a health care center that doesn't charge an arm and a leg? You've found the right place. The practitioner, Val is amazing. She takes the time to go over why you're in. One of my kids has seen her, my spouse saw her and I've seen her. She is amazing!

I made an appointment, which is a good move. This place is staffed by one or two people. I was able to get in on a Sunday. If you just walk in, and then complain that it's a long wait, then that's your problem. Val was awesome. She was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I received my prescriptions and I feel better already. This is not an Urgent Care Center. It is called 'The Little Clinic" for a reason. The demand is very high and waiting is a reality. Appointment is recommended. If no appointments available, then don't go here when it's busy.
