We hadn't been to our storage for over 2 years and the lock had gotten stuck and not open. Dave was very kind and helpful to do some repairs and to get it unstuck.

Customer for 15+ years with Tri-County before CubeSmart. Nice folks, great trucks and with CubeSmart reserve online and close out with a voicemail - makes them a smart value and convenient all around. 10x15x8 unit in photo.

Heartless employees, horrible conditions, unfair treatment, dirty unsecure storage units, they raise prices arbitrarily to the point where the rent becomes unmanageable, they treat people like trash and anything you store here will be ruined by the dust, rodents etc that is allowed to enter these gross overpriced units. Horrible place and mean horrible employees and owners.
