“I've used this uhaul a few times and they are easily the best uhaul I've ever used. They have a nice and clean store that makes it obvious about where to go, unlike many uhauls. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they've always had what I reserved ready to go for me.”

“This has got to be the best customer service I have received in a long time. Dom, the manager, was so professional and knowledgeable about my uhaul rental. He made the accommodations that I needed in a timely manner and went above and beyond. After being on hold with uhaul customer service for over an hour and being transferred 5+ times, only to get hung up on, Dom resolved my issue in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place for uhaul rentals but I’m sure utilizing them for your storage needs would be just as great of an experience. 5 stars! I’d give them more if I could.”
“Used the U-Haul portion of this business to get a trailer for the day. The man at the desk helped us hook-up, diagnosed a blown fuse on the spot, and replaced it so we could continue the use of the trailer! Above and beyond!”

Loved the guys who checked us out and the gentleman who grabbed my keys after I left them in the truck.Absolutely hated the app. It couldn't find my order so I couldn't check the truck in after hours. I call the 1800 number and I kept getting told to use the app to check in and they can't help me. I will not use uhaul again based solely on how terrible the app was”

“The people at this location were friendly and helpful. I rented a cargo van through the "U-Haul Truck Share 24/7" the same day for a quick move to a college apartment. The van was clean with a full tank of gas, and I was able to easily extend my rental time online when we needed an extra hour or so. Pros for the van: It had plenty of room for a twin bed/mattress/lots of boxes/bags/bookshelves, boards to tie stuff to the sides of the van. You can see out through the back window if the van isn't full. It was nice having access to the back of the van through side doors in addition to the rear doors. The only con: The seat seemed quite high compared to the steering wheel so it was a little hard on my back. Not really an issue if you are just moving across town. The hour drives I made were a bit rough, so I would avoid longer drives with it. Overall, great experience and just what we needed. Thanks!!”

“Nice folks, this is a franchise essentially not a uhaul facility so they don't know 100% the ins and outs of the contracts but we rented a van for maybe an hour and returned with no trouble. The billing is a bit odd though in how it's calculated.”

“First of all, I’m in shock to read some of the reviews here. The gentleman at this place was super helpful, nice, patient and gave me excellent directions on how to go about the renting of the UHaul. I went there alone and as a woman already the rental of a truck is intimidating. I wish I remembered his name because he truly made it easy for me. I even needed a place to change so I wouldn’t move in my work clothes and he allowed me to use their facility restroom. Not once was he rude or disrespectful. Let it be clear, that I had done all my part using the app and had my reservation ready. It looks like some people don’t do this part and expect the owner of the place to hold their hand. Don’t do that and he will be able to guide you once you get there. The whole process was super easy and my car was left in a very safe place which I loved. There is a gas station close by to fill up the tank as he asked, near by. When I came back late late at night time to return the truck, there were lights and again, felt pretty safe. That place is really clean, safe and more than I expected. I will definitely go back there if needed. He even has a super cute swing out side his office. ?”
“I used to pass a Lowe's all day to go to Home Depot due to the amazing customer service, however over the past several years (at least in the Denver metro area) Home Depot had lost its customer service touch and I would go wherever was closer. My experience at the Home Depot in Longmont today exceeded my expectations. It's inherently intimidating to walk into a hardware store as a woman, however I was stopped/greeted, and asked if I needed help by no less than 4-5 people during my short trip around the store. Not only that, the associates seemed not only happy to provide assistance, but eager to make sure their answer as far as the location of something was accurate by inquiring with a nearby associate when needed. And it wasn't just me... I saw several other people being helped. THIS is the Home Depot I remember and feel so welcome to. Thank you Home Depot Longmont for such an amazing experience!”
