I am truly not one to complain but the customer service was awful. I called ahead to make sure my photos were ready since it is a drive for me and the women on the phone checked and said that they were ready. When I got there I went to the photo counter and it turns out they were not ready. I was told that it would be a minute. I come back and they printed the wrong order, and then went to go help other customers without saying anything to me. Finally when I was able to get my pictures, I go to check out and the cashier was just sitting on her phone. Was a really bad experience.

Literally the worst Walgreens I've ever been to. It's so disheartening that this is all we have in this part of Erie.

Posting on behalf of my mother—we’re on a family trip for a wedding and my mom accidentally forgot one of her medications back home. My mom’s provider so graciously sent over a small refill to get her through the trip. Once she was notified her prescription was filled, we went to Walgreens to retrieve it, we were initially told a little before 12:30 that it wasn’t ready and to circle back in 15 minutes. We came back around 12:45 and waited in line for another 15 minutes (which is no problem, we’re fine waiting our turn). Back at the window, we were greeted by a different employee than the first time. She then proceeded to claim the medication still wasn’t ready and to come back in 20 more minutes. My mom kindly told her we had already done that and asked what could be done which was met with no less than 5 different excuses, none of which should have impacted my mom. At this point we decided to go inside as we had to go to the rehearsal and welcome dinner for the wedding we’re attending and needed a resolution. At this point it’s 1:17pm which is important to note as the pharmacy employees go on lunch at 1:30pm. Personally I was upset that my mother was told to come back when no employee would even be able to help her. Once inside we were helped by Hilda, who, immediately found my mom’s medicine and we were on our way. So after nearly an hour of watching my mom be told to “come back in 20 minutes” I saw an employee pluck the medication (sealed and ready to go) out of a bin that was right near the employee who was at the window “helping” us. We are very understanding that people are busy, but directing my mom in circles was by far uncalled for. Not cool Walgreens.

Saturday morning at 10:30 and only one person in the store to help. It's no wonder they are closing stores like this all over the country. Won't be back again - it's just a waste of time.

Rudest pharmacists…called to asked if they had Paxlovid and was given a ton of attitude. Not what you want to hear when you aren’t feeling well. Don’t bother going here.

Fill your prescriptions here at the Erie Walgreens if you want to get yelled at by the pharmacist... and have the rest of the staff lie to you every month.... they are incapable of getting anything done when they say... apparently all Walgreens pharmacies are awful these days, though. god forbid they answer phones or have more than one person at the counter

0 star worst pharmacy ever. There is no time that the wait is not horrible. Even if you are the first in line it will still take them at least 15 minutes.

By far the worst pharmacy. I will be moving my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. It will be worth the drive. They are so SLOW due to staffing. The pharmacist is rude and obviously regrets her career choice.

This store is a joke! The excuses are endless. The lose orders, reschedule delivery orders, and half the time you’ll find employees chatting or on their phones. The lack of customer service is even a bigger issue in the pharmacy. Go to another Walgreens.

Best and busiest store ever. Very polite and informative store employees. I always fill my prescriptions at the Walgreens in Erie. The pharmacists are very helpful and knowledgeable.

I would suggest going to a different Walgreens location for vaccinations. This was my 2nd experience, and both times I had to wait 45 mins or more past my scheduled appointment time. They gave me the impression that the customer doesn’t matter. Very disappointing and I won’t go back…

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. You can count on two trips for your rx and then a fifteen minute wait on your second return trip at the new time they told you when they didn’t have it the first time.
