For local storage, in Estes Park, I highly recommend In-Self Storage. It was an easy process to get into the unit. There was no damage during our use. We will use them again, should we need another storage option.

These guys couldn’t be more disorganized. Every time I called in and got info there was a complete disconnect between what I was told and what happened. 4 phone calls to cancel the unit and still getting a bill the month after when I confirmed I would not be charged any further and gave plenty of notice. Go elsewhere.

Exceptional service! I can’t praise this company enough for their kindness, empathy, and outstanding customer service. From the moment I contacted them, they went above and beyond to assist me with my storage needs. The staff, including the owner, were incredibly respectful and understanding, making me feel valued as a customer.
Recently, they handled a situation with such grace and professionalism that truly impressed me. Despite it being a challenging scenario involving leftover furniture in a rental unit, they communicated with me respectfully and kindly, resolving the issue smoothly. Their demeanor was never aggressive, and they treated me with the utmost respect throughout the process.
Their genuine care and understanding for their customers shine through in every interaction. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of storage solutions. Their approach of treating customers like real people and acknowledging the challenges we may face sets them apart. Area is easy to access, unit was clean. No problems at all!

Disappointed with services. South gate often standing open during the day. I use the street several times a week and find it standing open. Have not checked after dark.
Only about 2 night security lights come on. Many lights there but not on after dark.
Rodent damage has been extreme. Now there are outdoor repellents but there's no rodents this time of year. Lots and lots of weeds on property all summer. Gives plenty of protection for rodents to hide from birds that would remove them.
Rubber door sealing strips worn out.Filthy indoors after the wind blows which is nearly every day.

Great self storage- I've used them on and off for 4 years and have only minor complaints that are outshadowed by the amazing customer service and ease of use. First, the bad- the units can be a little mousey, but keep your stuff in bins and its not an issue. Second, the wind in Estes can be atrocious so the rubber gaskets under the doors could be better- expect dust/dirt to blow in from outside. A minor inconvenience. Now the good is that the customer service has always helped me with exactly what I need when I call with no wait times and also creating and cancelling the contract is super easy. No annual contracts looming over your head. Also they never jacked up rates on me and send emails sparingly which I appreciate. Also, once I accidentally left my unit open in a hurry and it was found and locked by management before the end of the day, nothing missing. I'd been apprehensive about storage units before (after experiences with dead beat owners) but this place is the best.
