Many thanks to Nick who helped me with a battery for my car. He was extremely helpful, and ordered and installed a battery for me in about 15 minutes. Great customer service. I highly recommend this place. The battery was also very reasonably priced.

We appeared 5 mins to close for a minor paint job from a scratch.Owner manager/gentleman take care of us like it was his own car. After detective work found the paint code and called it in 2 days.

Great auto parts store. Very helpful owners who always have what I need or will get it quickly. I own custom and antique cars and they take the time to find the unique parts I often need. Great sale every second Saturday of the month with 20 percent off. Please Patronize then as we want to keep them in business.

I was in Estes Park on vacation when I got a flat tire. The flat was irreparable and when I tried to put the spare on I discovered one of my lug nuts was different than the rest. I first tried going to O'Reilly's. There, they attempted to sell me a $40 kit of different shaped keys. Thankfully, they were out of that particular item, so I was not able to make that purchase. When I asked about other auto parts stores in town, I was told that no other auto parts store would carry what I needed. I was told to call Estes Park Tire and Auto. Upon calling Estes Park tire and auto, I asked if they had the particular shaped tool I needed to put my spare on. Please note I had taken a picture of it on my phone to show to O'Reillys, so i was told there exactly what to call it. I offered to rent the tool from them so I could put the spare on. I was told that they may not even have the right tool, that I would have to tow my vehicle to them, and that they may have to drill out the lug nut. I then happened to see NAPA Auto Parts. I decided I had nothing to lose at that point and walked inside. The gentleman working the counter knew exactly what I needed. He showed me the tool I needed and it was only $9. Given the difficulty I had had up to that point, I was skeptical, and asked if he was certain it would fit. He assured me beyond a shadow of a doubt that it would fit. Imagine my joy when I got the tool back to the car and realize that it did indeed fit perfectly. I was able to put my spare on without blowing the rest of my vacation budget and I am forever grateful to Napa Auto parts. From now on, when I am in the area, I will make sure to check their first and I encourage others to do the same to avoid being ripped off.

People are normally awesome. The most annoying thing is the websites show things in stock and then the store doesn't even keep them in stock ever. It's 2023 shouldn't be hard to keep updated. So fyi call before you go.

Ordered parts online but wasn't able to see all the options so I got the wrong parts. Took them in and they found and exchanged my parts in 5 minutes. Good people

Bruce! If only everyone cared as much as him. I safely navigated icy conditions because of him. If there is a way Bruce will find it. Spent a bit of time here and worth the wait, I just want everybody to know that if you're waiting and unattended it's because Bruce is giving everything he can to help everybody and you will receive the same help from him when it is your turn. My battery went out on me during our trip from Iowa. I was worried about prices in a tourist town, but they were fair and installed the new battery and took away the old away! We were back on the road in no time. Thanks!!

Customer service was great. We needed a brake line right before closing. The guy stayed for us to show up after hours. Changed it in the parking lot. The NAPA guy checked to make sure if we needed anything else before he left, and hour later. Wonderful
