I've never had any problems here. I guess it depends on the type of human you are when leaving reviews. They let me have hot water for free for my own mug as well. Associates are always pleasant.

This is the most over priced gas station in Estes! Doesn't matter what you get they want more for everything. Pizza not worth the money. Got refill charged double what I pay anywhere else. If I could do no stars I would.

My boyfriend bought an expensive vape pen from here that didn’t even last 24 hours before it stopped working and when he brought it back to exchange (like we have had to do at other shops and have had no issue) the man working behind the counter was absolutely worthless and refused to help by either refunding or exchanging the product. My boyfriend offered to exchange the vape for a cheaper version at his own loss financially and the rude man still refused and wasn’t even apologetic. How embarrassing for him. This place is over priced and not worth your time, don’t go here.

It was very sketchy operation had to leave a deposit in the store on your card, could not pay at the pump with your card. I was purchasing diesel & the pump wouldn’t clear to start fueling the attendant said I was doing something wrong had to make several trips never could get it to pump fuel and he didn’t want to give me a receipt that I had purchased zero amount. Finally, he gave me a receipt ……Would not do business at this place!

After pumping gas and buying a lot of money worth of snacks and drinks the worker literally told us we couldn’t park there to watch the fireworks and made us leave!! Wow. The last time I will ever spend my money there!!

This gas station is actually pretty deceptive from the outside. Only 4 pumps on the outside but large store on the inside.Hot food section like pizza , gifts, drinks, snacks and overall very well stocked. As I said I was surprised when I walked in.Friendly staff as well.

Most of the workers there are great. And the pizza is my favorite. There is a super super rude guy named Mike that works there that refuses to make pizzas. He will shut the oven off even if they are dead slow and tell you He is alone and too busy. I called at 445pm to order some pizzas and he had already shut the ovens off and refused to cook. He told me to come and get an application if I wanted a pizza and I could make it myself. Just a genuine j****
