This branch is Estes Park is hands down the absolute worst, US Bank or otherwise, I've ever dealt with. They messed up on our safe deposit boxes agreements. First, they couldn't find record that we even had boxes. Then after we located the paperwork and retrieved our property, they never closed out the agreements. So we kept getting charged for months after we moved out of town. We called and spoke with the branch manager numerous times. She kept promising to close the boxes, but nope, we just kept getting charged. We even called the US Bank main customer service in Minneapolis, and the agent we spoke with said well, too bad, the issue is with the branch and corporate can't do anything about it. Finally, we went in to a branch in Highlands Ranch and relayed our story directly to the branch manager. He made some phone calls and very shortly after that, the boxes did get closed. I can't say whether it's incompetence or apathy, but I hope I never have to deal with a situation like this again.

I have been a customer for 20 years. I won't be one for much longer. My original "Free" checking has turned into Fee Checking over time. Their failure to process credits to my accounts in a timely manner, while taking any purchases immediately creates repeated $41.00 Overdraft Charges repeatedly. I'm going to CHARM or any other ALLY or anywhere but here. I also am contacting the Comptroller of Currency to investigate my missing $1000 deposit and their policy of delaying deposits days and often push the 8 day "Legal" requirement creating these repeated OD Charges.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a bank. The employees are lacking direction and knowledge of bank policy. They would not mail a statement, to the address on record. Simply ridiculous.

Rude staff. Took one of elder clients in. the lady who helped us (Bethany) was plain out rude and seemed lazy. She seemed as if we were bothering her. I made a review on the actual website page of the bank. It seems to have been taken down. Nobody contacted me. So management must also be lazy. And allow there employees to treat customers rudely. We will never go back.

Brought a document that needed a signature from a bank so the elderly person with me could continue to receive their social security checks. Had to wait for the manager. Manager refused to sign letter saying "I don't know what I'm signing!" Um, it's a document confirming that the ELDERLY person with me had changed their bank account number - at your bank branch just weeks before. Literally says so on the document that we were asking him to sign. He just refused. The document had a line for a Bank Stamp but he claimed there is no such thing. I asked if there was a bank seal. He said no. We suggested he strike through it and initial it - like we used to do on checks, remember? - Did not try to find out more info, just refused. Terrible customer service.

I am honestly so disappointed. The atm does not work and the bank is closed at 2pm on a monday while their website says they are open. How am I supposed to make deposits? I can’t leave a message or talk to an associate. Do not recommend using US BANK here in Estes at all. Their atm is unavailable most of the time and their bank hours are not reliable at all

So, we're sitting here to do a closing, scheduled at ten, it is 1030 and the person closing our loan has no idea what to do, paperwork is not printed out, and she is on help line to learn how to print out documents. This is worse than Safeway. And to start, it took someone 15 minutes to even come in the lobby to help us.... Among many others that were waiting..... So much for customer service.

Can't say much about the place. Always closed. Tried to swing by here multiple times in the past few months. Pointless. You need an apointment for the drive through. Where you talk through glass and microphone. Rediculous. I need information from them. Im probably gonna close my account as soon as i can. I need access to my money. Is that asking too much?

It appears your changed hours for all services are for customers that don’t have day jobs!! Drive through open at 9:30 AM closes at 4 ??? Come on! No lobby service at all possible with appointment. You like service at my place of work though. Bank of Estes Park works with safety features, drive up, lobby, notary all services no appointments. Your lack of service supposedly due to virus is pathetic! Extremely unhelpful! Will be changing banking with you as soon as possible.
