I've been banking with Community Banks of Colorado for a year now and all I can say is that they are the best group of gals around. They are always laughing and having such a fun time. Brightens my day just to go through the drive thru!

They are always friendly and able to answer all my questions. They can be busy depending on the time of day. Besides that they try hard to get the answers to me as soon as they can. They are all amazing! Especially the Universal Banker Connie.

Been calling for a few days now to get a hold of the bank's manager but everyone keeps telling me shes busy, I've had to leave my name and number on 5 different occasions now. Not good service thus far.

Worst customer service experience. Went on a Saturday morning because my bank wasn't open yet and needed quarters and dimes for my BUSINESS. Only $40 worth nothing outrageous. Teller tells me she checks with her “teller supervisor†who tells her because I don't have an account. She can't do the change out. For a “community†bank they are lacking in the community and customer service. No I am not a customer nor will I ever be. They lost their chance of having several accounts just by not wanting to help a business owner in a pickle on a Saturday morning. Do not recommend.

We have refinanced two houses with CBC and have had great costumer service since opening multiple accounts with them in 2009!

Have been trying to refinance, it has been too long, the loan officer sucks (Allen). We can never get a straight answer to our questions, I even got a hold of a big boss (Costello) and still not going our way , we should have gone elsewhere..or maybe find a bigger boss.
