I switched to First Class recently for my oil changes for my ‘16 4Runner because it’s sometimes hard to trust the dealerships to do a good job. I just went to First Class for my 2nd oil change with them and then also got a transmission service/flush. We had a couple miscommunications on timing and price but they made it right and they are willing to go the extra step to keep customers happy. I do feel like I can trust them to take care of my maintenance, because they are willing to talk through issues. I will keep bringing my vehicle to them.Services: Transmission

You can rest easy knowing that your vehicle will be taken care of here. Took my truck in for some service. It was completed quickly and at the right price. Highly recommend..

Called in and talked to pat about working on my rear end and he said that they could fix it, drove the car down there and took the guy for a ride and after beating around the bush they told me to take the car somewhere else, very disappointed! Never asked him to install my parts! He said drive shaft, I said that doesn’t explain the metal shavings in the rear end! He declined to work on my car! Seems to me that you guys aren’t as good as I was led on

A simple leak on my upper radiator hose. He was in and out all about 10 minutes and did nothing. I was charged almost $170 for nothing. I am 70 years old is this how we're going to be treated now ? Does this seem right to you is this what you would do?WTH-And why the charges for parts and hazmat? They did nothing.Coincidence? I don't know, but my transmission went out after I got it home. My car is dead and I have no money. I'm stuck.

Great Honest and Reputable Shop..These guys know what they're doing and will explain their diagnosis in great detail. There is no sales pressure to try and get you to spend money, they leave that decision up to you, which is quite refreshing.Good Job Guys !

I absolutely love First Class Truck & Auto! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Karla is amazing to work with and keeps in touch about progress, work being done, and work to be approved. We were in a time crunch and they fit us in to fix our Jeep before our trip. We only bring our cars to them and will continue to recommend them. Thank you so much!

This is the first used car dealership I've ever been to in 53 years of driving that they actually go through and make sure the vehicle is 100% Road ready. They treat their used cars as if they were going to give them to their Moms

They were friendly, I had missed a few days that the truck was to be brought in to fix windows. The truck is old '78 but only 32.500 miles. The electric system was pretty new when bought. So old wires and an inline fuse. Good price.
