I unfortunately had a horrible experience. The tax consultant called me asking if I could come on early since other appointments didn't show. We got there and ended up waiting because she left to get a drink. On top of that we were pulled back by the wrong consultant first and I just happened to look down and see the name on paperwork was different than mine. She didn't verify my name or call me to her cubicle by name. Nothing to ensure that she had the right couple. Then we got our consultant and I told her that I was hoping to look into any filing options that could help since my taxes got messed up. She said she would look into it but all she did was enter information. I was very clear about needing more assistance than just basic filing as that was what I could do on my own. She kind of blew it off. She also did not actually provide the information about how buying a home is going to change our taxes going forward. Paying over $200 for zero assistance was ridiculous. So if you want something more than just someone to enter your information into the application I would look somewhere else. And keep in mind you can just enter the information on the website for free. I wish there was a way to get actual assistance with the issues I had.

We had the pleasure of working with Shawna and a few of the other staff at this facility. They were very patient and professional the entire time. And we were greeted with a warm inviting smile at the front. We highly recommend you guys go see them for your taxes.

I used the online feature this year to do my taxes and it was a really great experience. The overall layout of the H&R block website is very user friendly and is super convenient for those who prefer not to make an in-person appointment. My tax expert was very friendly and answered all of my questions and completed my return in a timely manner. The only downside is that it's still pretty expensive to submit your documents online, and I do think that it should be discounted if you're doing it this way. However, I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to save time when doing their taxes.

Sharon at the Evans H&R Block has been doing my taxes for many many years. I just upload her my documents and she calls me when everything is ready and I go in and sign everything and everything is done in under 15 minutes flat. Emerald Advance is on my card within minutes and rest of my income return is upload on card when IRS excepts everything. Doesn't get any easier than that. Sharon has been doing taxes for 20 plus years she will find you every deduction possible. This is Sharon last year(2023) doing taxes before she retires. So hurry in and have her do your taxes and help you find all your deductions possible. Get you set up on the right path so that someone else, will just be able to follow what she has already set up for you for your taxes for the next up coming years. Trust me you will not regret it. You might regret someone doing your taxes!!! ?But not Sharon I promise. ?Btw I'm not related to her just a very happy long time dedicated loyal sad she is retiring client. ?
