The male assistant(??) manager(based on his ego I'm assuming he's in a higher postition) is rude and very unprofessional. Won't be coming back. I paid for my drinks and then was told I wasn't allowed to mix a store drink into my slushie. I could have just walked out without paying for it at all. Very rude and entitled for absolutely no reason. Also if something is store policy, it is supposed to be posted IN STORE. Not just an employee voicing their opinion.

Worst gas station in Greeley. Oh and don’t ask for prices. They will flip out on you. And their hygiene is horrible don’t get their hotdogs nor their donuts they use NO gloves. And the customer service. Huh they are underpaid employees with hot head attitude s. I repeat. Don’t support this business.

Don't go in and get a fountain drink or fill up a water bottle, the fountain machine and ice machine is only there for show. They got upset because I was going in and filling up mine and my husband's water bottles instead of buying brand waters! I thought they were upset for me going in and getting free water but they still were upset after I said I will pay for it. 😠 lost customer! Going to mavericks for now on!!

Horrible place tried to buy cigarettes he asked for my if I showed it to him he then refused it when I asked to not touch my property I told he him is more then welcome to scan it and look just don’t touch he then only let me buy gas. This place is a waste of space I just talked with there corporate office and there is nothing in there policies that says they have to touch your ID.

My husband and I have always gone to this location and have ALWAYS gotten hot cheetos WITH nacho cheese , all of the sudden when my husband went in today according to them it is '"against their policy " . WHAT POLICY SIR? ! (mid aged gentleman, gray hair with glasses). Nothing to show stating their policy on no cheese on hot cheetos, that it's only for nachos, yet last time my husband went in to get some for me , he charged my husband both the cheetos and regular nachos, for adding cheese. This time he asked "just charge me like last time for both" and he threw a fit making sure my husband wouldn't get any cheese any possible way! He is RUDE!! You are suppose to make sales dude and yet you want to sit here and supervise that my husband doesn't get cheese. Whatever your "POLICY " is then you should have shown the paperwork for it or stuck to it from day one working there sir , because ALL OTHER EMPLOYEES, always let us because we are REGULARS !!! SO GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL,. you guys just lost customers!!

Have your physical id can't use your digital even tho the state made the app and has to verify it's you on the app. Everyone else accepts the digital IDs even the dispensary accepts them. Difficult service and sucks when you are walking and walked for half hour to get cigs and forgot to grab id cuz you didn't want to carry your purse to walk

You will be confronted if you take the free condiments that have no impact on the staff's pay. You'll also be encouraged to go across the street to McDonalds to get them for free.Unless you buy a 6 hour old hot-dog(average hot dog life span is 4 hrs) you WILL need to submit to questioning about your acquisition of any mayo/mustard/ketchup packets.Please, take this seriously. this is not, a joke.

The attendant always watches like we’re stealing. Sir just walk around the store with us. I realize there is probably a lot of theft, but every time we go in the big guy peaks around to watch us. Lol It’s weird and uncomfortable. We paid though, no worries!

I used to like this little station, but my recent visit was horrible.. some of the prices on the tags are incorrect, and ring up much higher at the register. I told the cashier the price of one of my items stated $1.49 on the tag, when it came up $2.49. Seemingly annoyed, she said, "oh sorry..do you still want it?" I told her if I get it for the price clearly stated on the tag. She said, "no, the price the register comes up with is what we charge." This is completely illegal.This cashier needs some customer service training, she was rude, and didnt care to walk 15ft to check the tag herself.
