I've used this storage site for months now and I just recently upgraded to a larger unit. The site feels very secure and clean. When making the switch to my new unit, Oscar, the young man that works up front, was very knowledgable and great to work with.

I’ve had a great experience with this Public Storage location. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and feels secure. The staff is very helpful and made the rental process easy and stress-free. I especially appreciate how convenient the location is and how accessible the units are. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for reliable storage with excellent customer service!

Since the beginning everything was a bad experience with this place, no clear instructions to open a door. Then at the end, they tried to charge for this stain on the floor that was already there.

What a great experience from inquiring about units to actually renting a space. Rodney is the Manager of the facility, and he is EXCELLENT!!! He is nice, helpful, and kind. He answered all my questions and some I did not even think of. He put my fears to rest and guided me through the process. He definitely is customer first. When Rodney said, " I am here for you" He means it. The facility is clean, and he cares about your experience as well as the owner's property. If you are in need of a storage space I would highly and strongly recommend Mod Box in Evans, Colorado for all your storage needs.

Facilities are clean and secure and well cared for. Prices are reasonable. Getting a unit rented was very streamlined. Most importantly, Rodney was very helpful and professional.
