My favorite store. Best process on fuel and a wonderful rewards program that actually gives free stuff and great sales on merchandise. Staff is wonderful

They dont hear u when they grab the wrong cigarettes and they just keep talking with another associate. They even tried to talk to me in spanish once!! Worst customer service. If you have a customer, listen, u can talk to that coworker when there are no customers. No standards here and its new!! Just wish the associates would pay attention, especially when helping a customer.

I'll just go with a 3 star because it's just an average new gas station. Nothing good, nothing terrible, I guess. I'm not giving it any more than a 3 star because the Murphy app isn't honest about its gas prices. I came here because of the app, but when I got here, the prices were way higher than the gas station I passed on the way based on the app claims. It's super annoying. Also, during the winter, it's hit or miss on if the outside screens work on the pumps. I hate going inside gas stations. You would think the app for the gas station would be updated with the prices and that they wojld have functional screens being how new it is. Other than that, I guess I dont really have any complaints.

Best gas prices this side of Evans. Staff actually do a good job, unlike most C stores.

I had $80 and I told the clerk to put $60 on a pump but I also had grabbed some stuff to purchase then he said I can pay for the stuff if I gave him the other $20 and I said okay then what’s when he took the money and put in the cash register and said I still owed money even tho I gave him the other $20 then I asked him to give back my other $20 since I didn’t get the items then I said if I talk to the manager then that’s when he proceeded to tell me to get out the store and I was a liar then he came out and wrote down the license plates of my truck.

The store clerk that help me the same night as the review that I am writing which is the only store clerk that is in the store proceeded to scan my item and when I requested for a carton of cigarettes ask for my ID which I had no problem on providing said id but because I said I was buying cigarettes for my physically disabled mom that cant buy her own cigarettes decided that the clerk is going to not sale to me because I was buying cigarettes for another individual that is of age and proceeded to explain to me that I could be buying cigarettes for a minor. Which the context of this situation is Murphys parking lot at night is empty which I point out to the clerk which it didn't matter in the clerk mindset. I also informed the clerk how can he prove that I was buying cigarettes for an minor and not for my mom which is older than me. he couldn't give me an answer other than the potential is there. I walked out the store and went to Maverick and said the exact same thing to the clerk there just like I did to the Murphys clerk and sold me the cigarettes that I was asking for which told me that the clerk can decide when or not to do their job without evidence to cause suspicion of intent to give a minor an illegal substance. I would give a zero star if I could. Don't get me wrong im all for not going against the law on giving minor substance that he or she is not of legal age but it another when probable cause is not present. i dont agree for the clerk to feel that they need to make a judgement call when the clerk doesnt know for a fact that is what they think is happening. In conclusion the whole situation tells me that if I buy a whole bunch of tobacco products and I dont say it was for somebody else there nothing stopping me for turning around and giving minor the same substance that I got turn away for because I said it was for some body else. Instead of making judgment call just do your job until you physically see an adult talking to minor or minor talking to an adult about cigarettes for said minor. Which I know their is training video that gives example of what said situation looks like and what to watch out for.
