So apparently whoever delivers packages around glendale dr for you guys just throws them wherever without even knowing what’s in them. I got my son’s meds today and I watched the guy walk up to my stairs and he just tossed it down the stairs and didn’t even put it by my door. The stairs are not even my property. That’s just pure laziness.

Absolutely terrible, what poor customer service and worst attitude we were provided by the front counter old man service clerk! This was our first time stopping by. Word of advise seek elsewhere.

Downtown location is 10stars. Always willing to go above and beyond for customers.
I was there right at closing, someone showed up after the doors were locked. Manager let them in and helped get their package sent. Amazing!
Other locations seem to close at least 5 minutes early.
I always go downtown for my post office needs. They’re awesome.

Walked in with a toddler and there was a pretty long line so I was already thinking ? this isn't going to be fun but boy was I wrong the workers were extremely fast, called regulars by first name, smiling and engaging with everyone honestly just an absolute delight.

Coleen and everyone else are great employees! I ship a lot and they have always treated me with kindness and respect. Most people do not understand how much these workers go through. I've seen customers yell at them and treat them very poorly, even though the customer was clearly in the wrong. I wish I had the patience of everyone who worked there, because even when being treated poorly, they are nothing but nice and polite!
