Came in today and had the best customer service from a lady named Sandra. Although, another lady named Nancy was so rude. She is the only reason I am giving one star but Sandra was 5 stars.

This place is an absolute joke!!! I called to have a prescription filled as the location near me didn’t have it. Josh confirmed they had the prescription and let me know it would be ready within the hour for me to drive an hour and then tell me they do not have the prescription and have to order it in. Make sure to always speak with the pharmacist as the others obviously just say whatever to get off the phone and don’t care about wasting peoples time.

I find it concerning how much better their prices are for online order pick up than in store prices. The difference is outrageous and they don't price match. Seems silly that in order to get a decent price on something I have to have the employees work more.

Employees are rude. Pharmacy takes long lunches and may or may not be available when you need them. On the day of our visit the aisles were littered with debris.

I must say I have never ever had a Pharmacy call me a few days after picking up a new prescription for BP asking me hows it going with the new meds and hows my BP , I thought that was the coolest thing ever.. Thank you walgreens Pharmacy for being amazing and putting your patients first..

The woman working the register today around noon discriminates!! She acted nice and said merry Christmas to the person in front of me but when I got up to the register she became aggressive and rude. Won't be returning here and if you are of darker skin/have tattoos you should stay away as well, they will treat you like trash.

I really don't understand why it takes 20 minutes per person to take a payment, hand them their prescription get a signature and leave.But by far, my biggest problem is the dishonesty. Twice now I've come to pick up insulin and my quantity is significantly higher than what I'm given. It's almost like someone is stealing it.

Medicine prescribed two days ago is expected in three days!!!!! Not acceptable. I moved here from out of state where my hometown pharmacist would have sent someone to get it from another pharmacy in town as soon as the Rx came in and he saw he didn’t have it. This is outrageous. I’m used to a pharmacist who gives a damn. We’re talking antibiotic eye ointment, not something rare. UPDATE. Today it had been one week since they received the prescription and said they would order it. I called because I’d not heard from them. They said the system wouldn’t let them order it. No one had bothered to let me know. This is the most horrible pharmacy service I’ve seen in seventy years of living. I’m used to a pharmacist who considers himself a medical professional with a duty to patients.

The pharmacy is horrible! The techs have no customer service and are rude. I made an appointment to get the Covid vaccine, showed up 15 minutes early only to find they didn’t even have the vaccine! I made the suggestion of calling to let customers know and the techs told me they have too many customers, well you now have one less to worry about! They always screw up my medications with the wrong brand. I suggest using Amazon, soo much better.

The pharmacy techs here are a joke, their medicine is overpriced and the people that work behind the counters are just rude. It seems like the pharmacy techs there only care about their lunch breaks and it took five hours to fill a simple prescription. I sat at Walgreens for over an hour while in an immobilizer after only having shoulder surgery a week ago. I was told that my prescription wouldn’t be ready until the following day, when my surgeon had called the prescription in that morning. I will never do business with any Walgreens ever again.

Pharmacy definitely needs some help with the back orders of customers and appointments. I waited almost two hours for my vaccine even though I prepared the paperwork and set the appointment online. The rest of the store staff have always been courteous.

I have printed many photos here, both for person and professional needs and have never had an issue. They are great, take care of you, and are always done in a quick manner! After a very poor experience with a Walgreens Photo in Denver, I am very grateful to have this one so close!

I made an appointment for COVID booster and flu vaccine. I showed up 15 minutes early, as instructed, and ended up waiting an hour to be seen. Even though I filled out the medical form online, they made me fill it out in person again. The only reason I was seen was because I went to the counter and asked for my vaccine card back so I could leave. That's when the pharmacist finally acknowledged my presence and found me important enough to be served. I understand they are swamped 24/7, but if the booster is so important they really need to put those patients at a priority. They also didn't even give me the influenza vaccine I requested. I'm not going back here for any reason whatsoever. They suck.
