After a couple years of our things being in here, we finally removed everything last week. Every box, and everything I’ve gone through so far has had rat poop in it or on it. My nice clothes, dishes, furniture. The couch smells terrible and has sticky stuff on it. It’s unfortunate to pay so much for a storage space to have your things covered in fecal matter. We took pictures of the poop all over the storage building floor and showed it to the front office people & they did nothing about it. You would think they could afford pest control with how much they charge a month!

This storage location is by far the best facility we have ever done business with. The guys that run this facility are very cordial and easy to work with. They are beyond fair and make sure to treat customers with respect. We have had to use this facility on and off for many years and every time they have been excellent to work with. Before every even needing a storage unit when we had our moving business we would recommend them to our customers because of the positive interaction with them every time. They facility is is clean and well kept as well. If you live in evergreen and surrounding area needing storage definitely give them a shout. They have very competitive pricing as well.

As so.eone who used to be married to someone who ran places like this, I'm pretty aware of the ins and outs of them. They can be really difficult to maintain and usually have 2 people staffed, max. That being said, this is a really large facility, and it's maintained as well or better than can be expected by 2 people. The staff are kind and helpful, and keep the place very clean. And the climate controlled units really are effective, even with the crazy weather we experienced.I'm giving this place a middle ground rating because there were a handful of issues with maintenance of the elevators and the supplied hand trucks. After what was a grueling 21 hour drive up from Phx in a massive uhaul, I only managed to break any of my property due to malfunctioning equipment at the storage place, and it was a bummer. The elevator doors close too quickly and once they do, no amount of coaxing will keep them open for more than 3 seconds. They broke an expensive piece of artwork of mine. Also, there just isn't a way to comfortably transport your stuff from truck to unit or back with carts that only have 3 wheels. It seems that half of their hand trucks are missing a wheel. I had an entire load spill out on the road because there were only 3 wheeled carts in the building. Ever try to keep a bunch of beads from rolling downhill? Heh. So you know.. good clean place, but mind the elevators and bring your own hand truck.

They were the only facility for twenty miles with availability. Once I arrived the gentleman running the place showed me where my locker was and was even kind enough to let me borrow his cell phone charger. Great customer service and a beautiful facility. (You know, for a storage place)
