Bad bad bad. Whats the point of having auto delivery if you have to call to remind and beg for a delivery so you don't run out?

I appreciate the customer service provided by the delivery person, Jose Marino. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of his way to get our propane delivered in winter conditions.

I e mailed requesting a 200 gal fillup that was completely ignored. You guys are terrible in customer relations.looking forward to switching to another company as soon as posdible.Been a loyal customer for many years and got screwed. Please use my response for advertising purposes and it with others
