The Dam duck race day! I missed the even but tried several spots in town while I was there for the day and this place was one of my favorites! The bartender had even volunteered at the event then worked an entire shift! Cold cheap beer and had some live music that day as well. I sampled the crab cakes which were Amazing. Bartender was Amazing. Great conversation with others at the bar. If in the area this is a great spot to stop into and check out meet the locals and have a good drink.

Jodie was an amazing spirit and attitude. She helped make our day so much better even though her day wasn't going incredible and helped us refuel after our 5hr trip to Copper that never happened because I-70 was closed. I hope she is appreciated in this environment and loved by the owner. She is an irreplaceable asset for them! Food was really good. Those crawdads made me so happy.

Great atmosphere quirky decore made unit feel just like a Midwest partial dive bar and a pop up seafood joint. Great place to just hang watch the hustle bustle of the streets near by. Great little Gem to be 100% satisfied try the crabcakes or peel and eats their seasoning for fries was proper & delicious.

I'm usually the shack salad with grilled chicken. However I needed something warm and cozy. So I tried their green chili. Excellent, I'm from Pueblo, so I know green chili and how it is supposed to be. Best in town. Thanks,

Super cute place located upstairs. You have the option to sit inside or outside. The food is great, the service is great and the atmosphere is awesome. We go here every time we come to Evergreen.

Friendly Kansas City Sports Bar. Decent beer and cheese curds with chilly sauce. We had wonderful service. They are missing the KC Current and Sporting team posters but have plenty of Chiefs and Royals fans wall posters.

Awesome spot! I was traveling through town and of course was in town on probably the busiest day of summer for this town. The Dam duck race day! Cool locals place to hang. The bartenders are awesome! Only issue would be that the kitchen closes early but that might just be me.

Every time I come to Evergreen it seems like I always spend a few hours at Bait Shack. The food is good, drinks are cold and they have live music often. Definitely a great place for Evergreen.

Great food and bar, Boomer does a great job keeping this an Evergreen favorite. Their chicken tenders are the best in town.

This was an amazing place!! The bartender was a very cute blonde, very personable and informative. I had fish tacos, 1st time for me, and that was so great! My son's food also great. Atmosphere is quaint, so cool decor, and like it couldn't get any better, right? It did cuz there was entertainment too! Guy playing guitar and singing-- sounded so good!!!! Definitely try this place, you won't be disappointed.

Employees are kind and helpful, but the Owner burns the fish when he cooks and talks bad about his help in front of customers .. I just can't get over it .. seen it too many times .. bad form.
