Caleb at enterprise Rent-A-Car went above and beyond to help me out when my car slid off the road and had to be towed to the autobody shop. It was a time when there was very few all wheel or four-wheel drive cars available and he went out of his way to provide me with a brand new All-wheel-drive car. He kept informed at all times about my insurance based rental coverage. I highly recommend Caleb and Enterprise Rental Car Evergreen in Evergreen Colorado.

Caleb was one of the best people you’ll meet in any customer service situations. He went above and beyond but most of all stayed true to his word on prices and helping with the dates around the holidays. The only complaint I have is that Caleb isn’t going to be at every other Enterprise I have to deal with in the future

I had a seamless experience at Enterprise in Evergreen. The gentleman that runs the place hooked me up with a bigger car for free since all the others were out. The truck I rented got an engine light and he immediately offered to switch out vehicles.Overall a great experience. Customer Service was top notch

Absolutely wonderful experience!!! Caleb was knowledgeable, kind, patient, and efficient! I had a ton of questions and he always answers the phone promptly and happily. Definitely would use again and recommend without question due to Caleb!

Never use Evergreen Enterprise. I was having my car repaired at a body shop and they contract with Tyler at Evergreen Enterprise. When I called the mailbox was full and the message suggested a text. 2 hours later I got a text back and I was told I would be picked up on August 28th and brought back to his office to get the car. Of course he never showed and didn't answer messages from the body shop. I had my wife drive me to Denver and no rentals were available for two days. I have rented from Enterprise many times but this guys incompetence screwed me. This business gives Enterprise a bad name and should not carry the name. I'm filing a complaint with corporate next.

Avoid renting a car here if you can help it. I dropped off my car at the mechanic they partner with per their instructions. Later that day a representative called me to claim hail damage on the car. I took every caution to keep the car only in covered locations, and stay in during storms/when there was a chance of them, so I am positive this damage did not happen while the car was in my possession. I’ve asked multiple times for photos from the initial and return inspection to compare, but they have thus far not sent them and claim the damage will not be visible in photos because of the color of the car. The business is also very difficult to get in contact with over the phone. I’m disappointed to have to write this review as they’re a small location and I’m sure doing their best , but this is unacceptable.

Place never answers the phone and he tells you to leave him a text message to there personal line because there to lazy to return a call, they are never there at the store

Parking sucks, but otherwise fine. We've rented from there several times, convenient to both the 285 and I-70 corridors, but might find rentals a little cheaper down the hill. For an insurance claim temp, zero complaints.

Extremely disappointed, had an appointment to pick up a vehicle and there was a note on the door that the office was locked till noon, it was 9:15 am. I had called before to check on the reservation, called customer service 4 times after and was assured a call back, it’s been 2 days since I was supposed to have rented a vehicle and still haven’t received a single phone call, email, or an attempt at an explanation or apology. Completely unprofessional.

Booked a rental for 8 AM pickup on their website. Nobody is onsite and the business is closed when they are supposed to open. Call the number on the door, talk to someone an hour away that says they will meet my wife there at noon. No show for our noon appointment, leaving my wife stranded.Why have a business and take reservations if you are never open and don't honor them?PS - thanks for jerking us around by scheduling an appointment and not showing up for it... very professional!

The worst. They never pick up their phones. Was trying to return a fleet vehicle and they were closed two days in a row during their normal business hours...which is only 4 hours a day. I had to do an after hours drop. Still haven't gotten mtly invoice. Avoid this location at all costs!
