This store's customer service is phenomenal. I would like to mention Roger by name. I was in a bind and needed to get a screen repaired quickly for an upcoming graduation party at our house. While it was going to be pushing it to get it back in a week, because it's the busy season, Roger got it done the same day!! I did not expect such great customer service and was so surprised he got it done so fast!! What a delight to see a business still provide great customer service! Thanks so much!!

Great store but they won't take Amex. I guess the owner had a bad experience with them and decided to get rid of them. We like to keep all spending on one card and it's an inconvenience to pay with another card. So, it's been easier just finding another place to shop.If I need anything that I have to get from Ace I usually just grab it from another Ace store when I'm in town.

Employees here are grouchy. One time a woman was playing violin in the parking lot. Just sharing her skill and positivity. As I walked in, one of the employees (a lady in her mid 40s) came out and started yelling at the musician. Made me turn around and leave. Be kind to others.

Just wanted to acknowledge and say thank you to Blake at the Evergreen, Colorado Ace Hardware store. Was in on Tuesday morning to find some small brass fittings and a tap to cut threads for a project I'm doing. Blake listened very carefully, went right to the proper parts I needed, and also made 2 very helpful suggestions about the work. He got me what I needed, didn't hurry, but also didn't waste any time. Blake is terrific. Very refreshing & uncommon these days.Thank you, Blake Ron
